– Issue of NOC/Clearance for the land in Sy. No. 255, Plot No 3 to an
extent of 205.55 Sq Yds (Ac 0-1.70 Gts) situated in Pargi (V), Pargi (M),
Vikarabad District – Joint Inspection Report.

We the undersigned have jointly inspected the applicant’s land in


Sy. Nos. 255, Plot No 3 to an extent of 205.55 Sq Yds(Ac 00-01.70 Gts) situated
in Pargi (V), Pargi (M), Vikarabad District.
During the joint inspection, the Mandal Surveyor, Pargi Mandal has
demarcated the boundaries of applicant’s land duly verifying the revenue records
and the Assistant Executive Engineer has verified Toposheet and the undersigned
observed the following.
1. No stream is passing through the applicant’s land as per village map.
2. The applicants land doesn’t match with the Toposheet No: E43R16.
3. The applicant’s land exists in the downstream, away from the bund of
Kotha Cheruvu, as per the village revenue map.
4. It is physically observed that, the applicants land is not affecting the
Bund, as well as its Buffer Zone by considering the buffer width of 5m
from the toe of the bund in the downstream, as the height of the bund
is less than 3.5m as per Chief Engineer, CE/ minor/ Circular Memo No:
DCE-II/OT1/SO3/73/NOC/OFMK/EmpAssn/2014-1, Dt: 24.04.2014.

Hence, the applicant’s land is not affecting the bund and its buffer zone
and area statement is as follows.

the boundaries of location of applicant’s land in Sy. No. 255, Plot No: 3,
admeasuring an extent of 205.55 Sq Yds (Ac 00-01.70 Gts) situated in Pargi (V),
Pargi (M), Vikarabad District, corresponding to downstream of the bund are
prepared.
