Any alteration within the organisation has the potential to exert a profound influence on

employee morale. It is imperative to duly honour the importance of mental well-being and,
consequently, communicate any impending changes in a manner that not only fosters
resilience but also motivates them to excel in the days ahead.

Step 1

Before disseminating the news, it is of utmost importance to develop the fundamental


communication materials that can be shared with the employees in the later stages to help
them understand the transition smoothly.

● Newsletters: create a newsletter which would give a comprehensive understanding


on why the management change is happening and the rationale behind the change.
How the change is going to help every employee and their future scope of benefits if
we all sail through the change.
● Creative animation video: a short video which would explain about the new
management, their previous successful records and their vision for the company and
the employees.
● In Person video of New Management; Need to create video where a few of the new
management explains the necessity of the management changes and their new
vision for the future. Though it might be repetitive, such videos will always give a
positive feeling among the employees.

Step 2

To classify employees for the purpose of selecting appropriate communication forms and
determining the necessary communication intensity, we need to categorise them into groups
such as "Critical" and "Non-Critical."

Step 3

Need to identify the key stakeholders like Managers & Team Leads and explain them about
the changes and how they are going to play a key role during the transition and in the future.
Assign the talks to the respective manager and the team leads to communicate this news to
their team members amicably and it is their responsibility to keep the morale intact. Request
them not to make a substantial promise to their team members.

Step 4

Make sure that each manager and the team leads are communicating the news effectively
through either one on one meeting or as team meetings. It is necessary to get the feedback
of the meeting at the earliest possible.
Step 5

Disseminate the material to the employee - Newsletters ,videos one after the another.

Step 6

Need to send the town hall meeting communication mail where they can clarify their
questions if they have any. (direct interaction with new management )

products that define our reputation. While it is understandable that any change can bring
about uncertainty, We want to emphasise that our leadership team is fully committed and
are taking proactive steps to minimise any disruption.

environment during this transition. We value your feedback, and your input will play a crucial
role in shaping the path forward.

In times of change, it's important to remember that we are a resilient and adaptable team.
Together, we have overcome challenges and celebrated many successes. This change is an
opportunity for us to showcase our strength and determination as a team, and We have
every confidence that we will emerge from this transition stronger than ever.

We will be hosting a town hall meeting on 23rd November 2023 to provide more details
about the upcoming changes, answer your questions, and listen to your concerns. We
encourage all of you to attend and engage in the conversation.
