Cintia: Hi good morning, today my team and I are going to present the next job

interview
Sinahí: In this interview we can see some of the most asked questions and what
can we say for each one
Sofía: We will be interpreted two situations, the first one, is a lady that is not her
first time doing this
Jazmín: And another lady that is really excited because is her first job interview
Cintia: So, I will be the excited lady
Sinahí: And I will be the experience lady
Sofía: I am going to be the director
Jazmín: And I am going to be the human resources

Jazmín: Let's start the interview, we are going to ask each of you some questions,
we will start with you, so, tell me about yourself
Cintia: Hello my name is Cintia, nice to meet you I am 19 years old and I am
currently a university student majoring in Tourism, I came here because I am
interested in this job

Jazmin: Okey, and what about you, tell us a little about yourself
Sinahí: My name is Sinahí and I am a hard-working person, with experience and
sufficient knowledge for any job assigned to me.

Jazmín: What are your strengths and weakness?


Sinahí: I don't have any weaknesses, but one of my best strengths is the
responsibility and dedication I give to my work.

Jazmín: And you? What are your strengths and weakness?


Cintia: For me, I think that my principal weakness is that I don’t have experience,
this is my first time doing, and besides, I am a person who overthinks too much,
but that sometimes can turn to the opposite side and change a weakness to a
strength if I use that for make decision to resolve a problem

Jazmín: What do you think about our company?


Cintia: I thinks that would be a nice place to work I don’t think twice when I saw the
vacancy announcement

Jazmín: And you? What do you think about our company?


Sinahí: I think it is a respectable company, with a great work environment and high
standards.

Sofía: Do you have any concerns around your ability to perform this role?
Cintia: I don’t know, I really excited for this role, and I do not if my skills and
abilities would be enough, but I am pretty sure that I will give my best

Sofía: And what about you, do you have concerns around your ability to perform
this role?
Sinahí: Not at all, I am the best person you can count on for this job, don't worry, I
have years of experience

Sofía: Okey, and how do you see yourself in a few years?


Cintia: I see a happy future, working for myself and trying to make that the people
around me be happy

Sofía: And you, how do you see yourself in a few years?


Sinahí: I see myself as the best leader at work because of all my knowledge and
experience.

Sofía: All right ladies, that’s all for today, we will contact you

Cintia: Thank you, I have really enjoyed meeting you.


Sinahí: Okey, I look forward to your feedback
