ENROLMENT PROCEDURE
Step 1: Registrar: a) Issuance of application for Enrolment, Prospectus, ID Number and Evaluation of subjects (regular &
transferee b) Submission of Credentials

If the student can’t submit the required credentials, he/she is advised to see the Asst. Registrar and sign a waiver for temporary enrolment.
C) Valedictorian and Salutatorian submit two (2) copies of certification from the High School Principal.
Step 2: Accounting: Payment for Entrance Fee of P600.00
Step 3: ROTC/CWTS: First Floor Lobby
Step 4: Get your schedule of Subjects from the following Enrollment Centers and have the sane approved by the Dean.

Step 10: Report to your respective classes. Keep your receipt for future reference.
Note: a.) Request for change of subjects will be entertained by the Registrar three days after the start of classes with a fee
of P50.00 per subject (except for dissolved subjects)
b.) No request for change and additional subjects will be entertained after the close of enrolment.
c.) Close of Enrollment is 1 week after the start of classes.
