HIDE AND SEEK

Characters: 11
- A doll (name is Jin)
- 10 players: + dead: 7 [one of them suddenly gave up during the game (Jay),
one denied taking part in the game but was forced to play and were found by
the puppet (Rosy), a group 4 members harmed each other because of craving
for living (Jane, Mary, Hades, Laura). Last one was suddenly killed while
trying to help Lucy (Jessy)]

playing that game. And one of them had been obsessed since that time. Then
decided to end his/her life 2 months later (Lucy)]
Plot:
The story happened unexpectedly to a group of 10 members on October 31st,
2023 (Halloween day). Their friendship had been ruined in that night and they
lost everything including their lives just only because of a game called “Hide
and seek”
It was a cold night:
Hades: - Guys, guys! Today is Halloween, let’s play some games! It will be great
to play a meaning game on Halloween day!
Kate: - that sounds cool! What do you think about card game???
Jay: - ugh… It’s boring, you know
Kate: - Oh…. – she was a bit disappointed
Hades: hmmmm… How about playing hide and seek???? I had found a perfect
place for us!
Lucy: Hide and seek??? Oh come on, we are not children anymore
Hades: No no no, this is not a normal hide and seek game. It’s pretty spiritual and
scary with its rules to play in an abandoned house near hear which has been
abandoned recently
Jay: hey, that is a great idea. It will be fun – Jay sounds amazed by that game
Lucy: you mean… the haunted house which everyone has discussed about, on
these days?
Hades: exactly!!
No one in the group might disagree, but
Rosy: … I don’t think that is a good idea…. Maybe I’m not gonna join with you
guys – she was scared
Jane: hey! Don’t worry, it’s just a game!
No matter how hard Rosy resisted. She was still being forced to take part in.
- cut scene -
They just entered the house
Rosy: I want to go back…This house is scary.... – she was trembling
Timmie: Don’t be afraid, it will be fine – he chuckled
Mary: Timmie is right, It’s just a game!
The atmosphere at that time was quite chilly, so it gave them a frightened
feeling. But they still continued entering the house deeper and deeper to start
the game. Hades pulled out the paper which was written about the rules. In
addition, it taught how to end it.
Jane: where did you get that paper?
Hades: oh, I accidentally found it on my way back home yesterday. It was near to
this house. I found it pretty interesting, so I decided to bring it with me
Jane: oh.. okay
Hades had prepared everything for the game “hide and seek”.It contained a
doll, a white chalk and other things . It looked like he was really excited to
play with his group. He followed the paper to start the game:
RULES
- Need a doll, a bag of rice enough to fill a doll
- Draw a circle and place candles around it
+ Step 1: Cut open the doll's belly and remove all the cotton inside then pour all
the rice inside it
+ Step 2: cut all your nails and put them all in the doll with the pile of rice (this
will connect you to the doll)
+ Step 3: sew it together with red thread. This thread symbolizes blood and binds
the doll's souls
+ Step 4: Prepare an object for each person to hold (can be soaked in salt water)
+ Step 5: Choose a name for the doll (because naming will make the souls
stronger) then throw it in the middle of the circle
+ Step 6: wait for 3 a.m and sit around the circle where the game starts and tell it 3
TIMES “(your name) is first” (a single representative speaks)
+ Step 7: Hold a knife and walk around the circle “3 times”. After that turn on a
crackling sound and place it near the doll.
+ Step 8: go to where you are hiding, close your eyes and count to 10
+ Step 9: return to the area with the knife and say “I found (name of the doll and
stab the doll)”
+ Step 10: say 3 times “and now it's (doll's name)’s turn” and throw the knife into
the circle
+ Step 11: immediately run back to where you hid and wait
(Hades followed it carefully)
One of them was pretty scared, so she decided to quick
Rosy: I..-I.... um… can I not join this game with you guys…please.? I don’t feel
well….
Hades paused for awhile and said: oh come on! We’ve already been here! Just
join with us. Eventhough it’s quite strange, it’s still a hide and seek game. Ok?!
Jay: yeh, it’s just a game, so stop shaking and join us!!!
Jessy: It will be alright, Rosy. You’re still with us
Rosy: but…but…
Mary: How silly you are Rosy. You will be fine, so no but here! – she cut in Rosy’s
line
It seemed like she couldn’t dispute anymore. And the game began. They
divided into two team, the first team consisted of Timmie, Kate, Lucy and
Jessy, the other team consisted of Hades (the leader), Jane, Mary, Laura.
However, Jay and Rosy went together. Because Rosy did not know where to
go when the game started, she was just trembling. Then she decided to follow
Jay
Rosy: Jay!... wait for mee…!
Jay: okok! Follow me! I’ll protect you
After a few minutes later, Jay accidentally met Hades’s team. He looked
absolutely terrified and he had already worn out. He grabbed Hades’s
shoulder and breathed heavily
Jay: Hades! Run! You guys have to escape from this haunted house…. *he was
breathing heavily*
Hades was surprised: what? Why?? What happened?? Where is Rosy? I thought
she go with you???
Jay paused for awhile. His face was really horrible then he shouted: SHE WAS
KILLED BY THE DOLL!! – he ran right away
Hades was frightened and did not believe him until he heard a crackling
sound near him. His team saw a shadow and feel chilly at that time. That
shadow seemed to be staring at them. They were truly frightened of that scene
and ran away to find a place to hide immediately.
Jane: what is that??? Hades! It does not look like a human.
Hades: shhh, keep quiet Jane! And both of you too. Perhaps Jay has told us the
truth
Laura: so…. Rosy is dead…?! No! this is impossible! Jay must have lied to us
Mary: you have seen that right!? That must be the doll and Jay’s attitude was
really terrified. I don’t want to believe it but he must have told the truth and Rosy
must have died
Hades stayed quiet for a few seconds: this isn’t a game anymore…
Laura:…no…no way…it can’t be…. – she is about to cry
Jane: what should we do now, Hades?! We…w-we can’t stay in this house any
longer. We have to leave immediately!!!
Mary: hey! Keep your voice down! We need to tell this to Timmie’s team
Hades: Are you crazy?! We’re gonna die!
Mary: tsk-
Hades: I have a plan. I know all the rules, so you guys have to trust me. We can
get through this – actually he had lost the paper which gave information about
the game when the game just started
Laura: then quickly and tell us about your plan!
Jane: Hades, I trust you, please save us!

Back to Jay’s place:
He had been running for long and he suddenly met team Timmie. Everyone in
his team saw Jay. They felt like there was something wrong with him
Kate: Jay! Where are you going?!
Jessy: He seems pretty frightened. I feel worried now…
(Jay was so terrified that he could not hear them)
Timmie shouted out loud: HEY! JAY, where are you going??? You look horrible!
Jay noticed Timmie’s team: SHUT UP! KEEP YOUR VOICE DOWN!
Lucy: you are the one should keep it down. Timmie just worried about you!
Jessy: okay okay, calm down guys. Jay, please tell us what happened to you and
where is Rosy?
Jay still obsessed about the scene that Rosy had been killed by the doll:
she….she….she…is..dead…
Everyone: what?!
Jay: I’m not lying. You guys have to leave this place right away. This isn’t a game
anymore! Please, I can’t take it anymore. I’ve gotta escape from this haunted
place – his mentality was extremely bad. He held his hair and messed it. Then he
suddenly ran away
But he did not know that If he hadn’t given up during the game, he would
have survived a bit longer. He got killed by the doll while he was trying to
break away from the house.
Back to team Hades. They were hiding in a small room of the house
Hades: the squeaking sound is gone, the doll must have left. I need Jane to this for
me
Jane: huh?! What is it??
Hades: Can you find for me a
Mary: hey, I’ll go with you. It’s not safe to go alone
Jane: okay, I’m glad that you’re going with me
When Jane and Mary left the room to find the thing that Hades asked for,
Hades got into a conversation with Laura and he required Laura to get the
paper he had lost when the game just started. Laura was afraid of going
alone, but she wanted to end the game quickly, so she listened to Hades
completely
Laura: I’ll listen to you….I’ll try to find it quickly and we will end this game soon
like you have said
Hades: I remember that the doll wouldn’t be at the place where the game begun,
so it’s gonna be okay, trust me
Laura did not know it was a mistake to follow his lead. A few minutes later,
Jane and Mary came back to room safely.
Jane: here you are. It was lucky that we hadn’t met the doll
Hades: thanks goddness, I was so worried about you two
Mary: whatever. Hey, where is Laura?
Hades: I don’t know. When you guys left, she was acting strange. Eventhough I
have prevented her from leaving, she resisted me and ran away.
Mary: What??? Why did you not find her??? She might be found by the doll!!!!
You idiot!!!
Mary quickly went to find Laura and accidentally smelled something just like
blood. She looked around and saw Laura’s necklage on the floor. She slowly
sat down and took a look.
Mary: this is Laura’s necklage… then where is she? this can’t be. Wait, I
remember that Hades had planned something with Laura when we left... tsk, Hades
must be the one who did this! I must get back to warn Jane!
But the squeaking sound suddenly appeared and a knife came out
unexpectedly. Mary was stabbed behind her back. Then a screaming came out
Jin: too bad for you *chuckles*
Hades and Jane had heard it
Jane was stunned: Is… is that Mary..??! No… Hades! What should we do now!?
I’m scared. I don’t want to die in this horrible place
Hades stayed quiet
Jane: just say something, I don’t to die
Hades: shut up, Jane. If you want to live, you have to listen to me
Jane paused
Jane: okay….
Hades: we have to get out of this crazy house, so keep your mouth shut and follow
me
Jane nodded
They slowly moved out the room. It looked like the doll knew where they
Hades had noticed the doll’s shadow. He was flustered then he pushed Jane
into the shadow and rightly ran away. Jane was truly desperate in that time.
She really believe in Hades, because she had fallen for him since their
childhood. But all she got was being abandoned by her love.
Jane: AH! HADES! PLEASE DON’T LEAVE ME!!
Then she got killed by the doll
Hades got chased by the doll. He was terrified. He had abandoned Jane for his
safety. Unfortunately, the doll successfully caught him.
Hades: PLEASE! PLEASE, DON’T KILL ME. STAY AWAY FROM ME, YOU
MONSTER!
Jin: how amusing…
No one can save him. Suddenly Jessy saw a shadow stapped repeatedly into a
body, she stepped back and left right away in quiet to tell everyone in her
team about it
Jessy: guys… Perhaps Jay did not lie us…
Timmie: we’ve already known
Behind them was Jay’s body. Kate did not want to believe it, so she closed her
eyes tightly and looked away his body. In addition, Lucy was extremely
shaking. She could not say anything.
Timmie: we have end this game
Kate: you’re right, but this is tough for us. We don’t even know how to end it
Lucy: why don’t we call the police?
Jessy: great….but there is no signal here, Lucy. I think we should have a plan first
Kate: exactly what I thought, but what do we do now? This isn’t a normal game,
you know
Timmie: hmm…do you guys remember the paper which Hades had been holding
before started the game? From my point of view, we should find it. It contains how
to end this game as Hades said.
Kate: but we will be in danger if the doll recorgnizes us.
Jessy: I’ll go to find it for us
Lucy: huh? No, it’s dangerous!
Jessy: I know, but I have to or else everyone will die in worthless
Kate: but this is too risky
Timmie: I appreciate that you volunteer to find it, but think it clearly Jessy. Who
knows what would happen to you?!
Lucy: let me go with you, Jessy. It’s much better than going alone
Jessy: are you sure about that? I know you’re trembling right now
Timmie: We all know you’re frightened. You don’t have to push yourself that hard.
Kate: Timmie is right. I can go with her, so stay here
Lucy: No, I’ll be fine. I want to help you guys. I don’t want to the one who is
always being protected in our group anymore
Jessy smiled gently: I see... so Lucy will go with me. Is it fine, Timmie? We will be
back as soon as we find out the paper
Timmie sighed: okay, but promise me you guys will be safe
Jessy: we promise
Kate: I’m still worry for you two
Jessy: thanks for worrying for us
After that, they went to find the paper. When Lucy was investigating, the
crackling sounds suddenly came out again. However, Lucy did not recorgnize
it and the doll was right behind her. It was about to stapped her, but then
Jessy: LUCY! WATCH OUT!
Jessy pulled Lucy back quickly
Lucy got scared: AAH!? The doll!
Jessy: RUN! I HAVE FOUND OUT THE PAPER!
They quickly ran away. Unforturnately, Lucy suddenly fell down and the doll
came up to them. Lucy was extremely stunned, so she closed her eyes.
Jessy: Lucy… please.. take this and go…
Lucy opened with all her eyes in surprise: Jessy…?!
Jessy was stabbed because of protecting Lucy. She gave the paper to Lucy.
She tried to stay still to make sure that Lucy could escape from this place
Lucy: No… Jessy…No!
Jessy: JUST GO! HURRY UP!
Lucy could not move, she was too stunned
Jessy: JUST LEAVE ME! YOU HAVE TO END THIS GAME. DON’T BE SUCH A
USELESS, YOU IDIOT
Lucy was about to cry when she hear Jessy said that. Lucy stood up and
quickly ran back to Timmie’s place
Timmie saw Lucy back
Timmie: did you find out it??
Lucy did not say anything and gave him the paper. Her face was truly
frightened, her tears were falling down on her face
Kate: where…is…Jessy…? Lucy….?
Lucy still stayed quiet
Timmie:…this…can’t be…
Kate: just say something!!!!
Lucy held her head: AAHH! SHUT UP! She was killed, I could not do anything
instead of running away. It was my fault, If I had told her not to leave, this
wouldn’t have happened
Kate and Timmie stayed silent for awhile. Kate hugged Lucy and tried to
calm Lucy. Timmie read the paper carefully. They had been planning for
hours to prepare to end this horrible game. It told them that they had to cut
the red thread which they had sewn the doll at first.
Kate was the one who lured the doll out as planned. Timmie would hide
somewhere to support her. Lucy still stayed safe in the room because her
mentality was extremely bad, she could not do anything instead of obsessing
about what just happened to Jessy, so Timmie and Kate were going to handle
it. When Kate saw the shadow of the doll, she shouted out
Kate: HEY! You stupid doll!
The doll showed up. It started walking quickly to her with a sharp knife in its
hand. Timmie took the chance and knocked the doll down. Then Kate ran into
it to grab the knife from its hand. However, Timmie could not take it longer,
so the doll pushed him back right away. Kate was stunned, but still followed
the plan. When the doll did not notice, Kate grabbed the knife and tried to cut
the red thread. The doll resisted her but it was too late
Jin: SH*T! NO! HOW DARE YOU!
Kate: this is deserve to you, you stupid doll!
Timmie: this is OVER!
-cut scene-
2 months later since Kate, Timmie and Lucy survived from that game. Kate
and Timmie had been warning everyone about the story and if they saw a
weird paper about the game, they had to throw it right away and made sure
that they wouldn’t turn back to that place. They did not want anybody to
make a mistake like them. In addition, three of them still obsessed from that
time, especially Lucy. She had been locking herself in her room for 2 months
then after a few days when Kate and Timmie were about to visit Lucy, Kate
was suddenly called
Kate: Hello? Yes, it’s me Kate. What’s the matter? WHAT?! NO…NO…
Timmie was worried: what’s wrong?!
Kate burst into tears: Lucy…Lucy has suicided…
They paused for awhile and ran to Lucy’s house right away
The weather suddenly turned bad and started raining hard
