11.1 ISO 9001-2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
SELLER shall meet the technical and quality requirements of the work. SELLER's Quality
Management System shall meet the applicable ISO 9001-2015 system requirements. SELLER
shall be evaluated, approved, and listed as accepted supplier by Buyer and SAUDI ARAMCO
prior to placing the purchase order, if it is not the approved SELLER of Saudi Aramco.
11.2 INSPECTION LEVEL:
The inspection levels Criteria is defined in SAEP-1151. The applicable inspection level
requirements for SELLER are specified in Section-5.2.
11.3 INSPECTION AND TEST PLAN (ITP)
SELLER shall prepare Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for review and approval in accordance with
the Saudi Aramco inspection & testing requirements as mentioned in this requisition.
The ITP Shall be as per Below Guidelines that a seller shall described in its format:
1. Process description
2. Quality control requirements
3. Notification requirements for supplier inspection witness and hold points (minimum 5
working days.)
4. Minimum Inspection Levels per SAEP-1151 and/or Attachment VI of this Schedule “Q”
5. Responsibility for inspection/test
6. Applicable procedures
7. Acceptance criteria (COMPANY and International Industry Standards)
8. Verifying documents
9. Inspection points (Hold, Witness & Review) by CONTRACTOR
10. COMPANY Dummy PO number
11. Reference to sub-supplier ITP (as applicable).
SUPPLIER may use his standard format ITP, provided the content includes the information and
all requirements of the COMPANY form or applicable standard codes requirements. Timing shall
be coordinated by the LTA CONTRACTOR(s). The Quality Plan and ITPs will be discussed with
the SUPPLIER and finalized between the inspectors assigned by LTA CONTRACTOR during
the pre-inspection meeting (If Applicable). The agreed ITPs shall be held by the SUPPLIER and
initialed progressively by the SUPPLIER’s inspector, LTA CONTRACTOR’s inspector, and any
other authorized inspectors, to demonstrate successful completion of each inspection activity (If
Applicable).
11.4 PRE-INSPECTION MEETING
Pre-Inspection meeting shall be held after placement of the purchase order but prior to start of
fabrication for materials having inspection level 02, 03 & 04.
Date & Venue of the pre-Inspection meeting will be finalized in agreement with Saudi Aramco
and all other concerned parties.
SELLER/Manufacturer, Buyer and Saudi Aramco quality representatives shall participate.

Pre-Inspection Meeting Agenda
As a minimum the agenda will be:
Introduction
Purpose of the meeting
Availability of signed PO and technical attachments (with correct version)
Confirmation of supplier understands of the PO requirements.
Confirmation of compliance with engineering requirements.
Confirmation of compliance with inspection requirements.
Purchase Order review.
Manufacturing Location(s)
Sub-Supplier List
Source of major raw materials.
Manufacturer’s Quality Control System (including sub-suppliers)
Deliverables.
Lessons Learned.
Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) review.
Inspection Notification.
11.5 NOTIFICATION FOR INSPECTION
SELLER shall send written Notification for Inspection minimum 15 days prior to
scheduled inspection for all Witness and Hold Points in accordance with the approved
ITP.
11.6 IN-PROCESS SURVEILLANCE
Buyer and Saudi Aramco have full authority to have in process surveillance inspection
Weekly or Bi-Weekly by Third Party Inspector (TPI) while the material is in under
production/fabrication.
11.7 FINAL INSPECTION AND RELEASE FOR DELIVERY
Final Inspection shall be performed prior to delivery.
Equipment/material shall be delivered only after Final Inspection had been performed
and Release Notice is issued.
11.8 SUB-ORDERS
In case the SELLER is not the manufacturer himself, the complete un-priced purchased
order and material requisition, including all attachments and applicable Saudi Aramco
Standards, shall be forwarded to the actual manufacturer.

SUPPLIER shall be responsible for coordinating the inspection and testing of SUB-SUPPLIER’s
supplied equipment, and for ensuring that LTA CONTRACTOR’s inspectors are given the necessary
access for inspection and adequate warning of inspection and witness tests.
11.9 SELLER RESPONSIBILITY
SELLER shall provide the manufacturing plant address and contact person immediately after
placing the Purchase Order, which is required for the preparation of the inspection assignments
package, ITP, and Inspection coordination.
11.10 SPECIAL PROCESS PROCEDURES:
SELLER Shall submit its Own shop and its Sub-Vendor procedures where applicable related to
welding, welding repair, Non-destructive Testing (NDT), heat treatment, alloy verification (PMI),
PWHT, hydro testing procedures, FAT for SAUDI ARAMCO’s review and approval 30 calendar
days prior to start of specific activity/fabrication along with personnel qualification. SISCO shall
confirm the approval of related procedure prior to start of activity.
Supplier and sub supplier personnel for NDT, Positive Material Identification, and welding shall be
qualified as specified by SAUDI ARAMCO Standard and Attachment-I of the Sch Q. SAEP-1142.
The following special processes require SAUDI ARAMCO’s review or approval of work
procedures, personnel qualifications, or personnel qualification procedures. All process
parameters will be identified with acceptance criteria specified and monitored.
