transport any cargo when the shipper does not consent to a search or inspection of tendered cargo. In conformity with
TSA policy, and as the shipper of the goods associated with this document, I give my consent to the search or inspection
of the associated shipment

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

SHIPPING POLICY/ AGREEMENT

1. VALUE OF GOODS/RECEIPT

Customers must declare the exact value of the materials. Goods tendered for export shipment with the receipts of
invoices. If the value of the goods is more than $2500.00, shippers will be required to file/ complete the shipper's export
declaration form known as automated export shipment (AES).

2. CUSTOMER’S IDENTIFICATION:

3. Customers must produce a copy of their photo ID for the purpose of identification.

4. ITEMS NOT ACCEPTABLE UNDER GENERAL CARGO TRANSPORTATION.

We do not accept transportation of money (including but not limited to coins or negotiable instruments equivalent to
cash such as endorsed stocks and bonds). The following dangerous materials are also not acceptable for shipping:
explosive materials such as ammunition , firework, distress signals and smoke signals, compressed gas ( camping
stove, aerosols) , flammable ( matches, lighters, paints, varnish, petrol) corrosive and oxidizing materials, bleach, wet
batteries, mercury (e.g. in thermometer and barometer), sodium, toxic materials, radioactive materials, household
goods such as bleaching powder and chlorine.

However, all the items listed above are categorized as dangerous and special goods; and can only be shipped under
such circumstances as required by IATA/ ICAN Regulations.

We reserve the right to reject packages based upon these limitations or for reasons of safety and security when
shipped through passenger aircraft.

5. EMBARGO

Textile, Bags, Furniture, and Shoes are prohibited by most African Countries. Shipment of these materials is at the
shipper’s risk. KCT will not be liable if the shipment of such items is confiscated by the government officials (Customs).

5. CUSTOMS

All export shipments are subject to custom check/inspection both in the United States and Countries of destinations.
Kingsworld Cargo and Travels Inc. takes no responsibility for any export shipment that is put on hold or ceased by
either US or overseas Customs.

6. INSURANCE COVERAGE

Shippers are advised to provide additional insurance coverage for their cargo items, because airlines only provide
minimal coverage on cargo items.

7. LOSS OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Export shipment is usually carried as cargo through air freight and subject to “at air”
condition and airline cargo shed handling. KCT takes no responsibility for any damage of items during airport transit but
shall make effort to trace loss/damaged item(s) on the export shipment and ensure adequate compensation from the
airline.

8. DELIVERY TIME

We guarantee delivery of export shipment within one week from the time the consignment leaves the United States.
However, depending on the volume of cargo received by the Carrier (Airline) for shipment and custom inspection, there
may be a delay of some days or weeks before the consignment arrives at the destination.
