INTRODUCTION
We take this opportunity to introduce GULF ADDRESS TRADING & CONTRACTING CO. LTD. (GATCO
Co. Ltd.) as recently Established Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company Originated in
late 2014 from M/s. ASDAAF Establishment Co., Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that was, Established in the
year 2004G (1425H). It retains the same management, supervisory and key operation staff that have
contributed to the earlier success of the company.
GATCO Co. Ltd. have successfully carried out many subcontract projects involving Civil, Mechanical,
Electrical & Instrumentation works and provided Manpower & Equipment Support Services thru our
prestigious clients to Saudi Aramco, Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC), Saudi Electricity
Co. (SEC), MA'ADEN, Royal Commission, SABIC Affiliates, Saudi Chevron Phillips and some well-
known Private and EPC companies operating within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
GATCO Co. Ltd., are the Sole Representatives for BLAC INC products and services in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia. We have supplied and installed BLAC INC products and carried out corrective maintenance
works including repair and upgrading services for Electro-Hydraulic Actuator systems, FCCU (Fluidized
Catalytic Cracking Unit), Valve Control Systems, etc. in association with our BLAC Inc.
Representatives. Some of our prestigious clients include SAUDI ARAMCO, Saline Water Conversion
Corporation (SWCC), MARAFIQ and other well-known private companies operating within the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia. Our business activities also include General Maintenance and Industrial Support
Services for Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Desalination and Power Plants as described in the General

Our Company will strive to work with our clients to rapidly identify
potential problems by accurately acquiring the essential work flow
data. This data will be presented in an organized manner which will
aid the client in assessing the situation and instituting safe cost-
effective resolutions.
1. The Quality Control Engineer shall supervise the Quality Assurance work, preparation and
submittal of the required documents. Furthermore, he must regularly submit daily, weekly or
monthly quality control reports as required by the Consultant or Client’s Quality Control
Representative.
2. The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for the evaluation of the materials that arrive and
to comply with the technical specifications. If the materials are not in accordance with the
technical specifications, he should immediately notify the Consultant / Client’s Quality Control
Representative and organize replacement of the materials with the approved one.
3. No materials will be installed on the project unless it has been approved by the Consultant /
Client’s Representative. Likewise, no work should proceed to succeeding activities unless it
has been approved by the Consultant and / or Client’s QA/QC Representative.
4. GATCO Co. Ltd. will provide a full time onsite QA/QC Engineer supported by a team of QC
Inspectors to cover each work discipline. The QC team will be equipped with all necessary
inspection, measuring and test equipment needed to confirm that the work meets the
requirements of the project specifications. All such equipment will be calibrated by an
independent third party calibration agency.
5. Comprehensive documentation will be supplied to the complete satisfaction of the Consultant
/ Client’s Representatives, to confirm that all work satisfies the relevant inspection codes,
standards and specifications.

Management is committed to the protection of its human resources from any harm, and the prevention
of accidental damages to properties and the working environment. The message is fully defined in the
Corporate HSE Policy Statement which is duly recognized and vested by the Company Owner / President
and the General Manager. The HSE policy specifies the absolute necessity of providing a safe and
healthy working environment to all employees and the individual responsibility of every member in the
organization in maintaining optimum level of workplace safety and accident-free activity. Copies of the
HSE Policy are prominently displayed in all offices, operational areas, and in employees’ residential
camps. Each employee is mandated to understand and adapt the organizational safety culture and to put
into practice the individual safety responsibilities.
The GATCO CO. LTD. has a Safety Department, which functions as a staff office under the direction of
the General Manager. A Safety HSE Manager heads the department and staffed by more than 2 qualified
and experienced technical personnel of various categorical capacities to team up HSE
Coordinators/Inspectors. In general, the HSE Department is responsible to organize, direct and render
technical guidance to the entire organization on safety, health and environmental issues.
In meeting with the projects and services demands and safety requirements, the HSE Manager will
perform frequent site visits to confer and resolve safety-related concerns with the project management.
Also, he normally meets up with the respective client representatives for mutual safety discussions and
resolutions.
The company develops a comprehensive HSE Program/Plan, which compiles the essential elements of
an effective HSE management system, and in conformance to local codes and industry standards. The
program details the management roles, responsibilities and the specific regulations applicable to various
tasks and contractual requirements. Basically, a HSE Plan with specific Job Safety Analysis is always
developed describing in detail the safety, health and environment requirements of every project.
Administration of the plan is the responsibility of the project management along with the designated HSE
Representative to assist. By authority, the HSE Representative can temporarily stop any work activity,
which he considers hazardous or poses imminent danger to the lives of personnel or damages to
properties. Accordingly, the Site HSE Representative is responsible to monitor as to the level of
compliance of the project HSE program.
An integral part of the company’s HSE awareness program is providing employees with various training
courses like new employee indoctrination or induction, safety orientation and other relevant special
courses that include but is not limited to the following:

Also included form part of the HSE awareness program is the publication of safety general information.
The program includes regular Group Meetings and other formal or informal group discussions will also
be a part of the current program of improving the employees’ HSE awareness. This includes the daily
crafts instruction, weekly mass toolbox meetings by line supervisors, and other HSE meetings or
discussions. Good housekeeping is part of the daily responsibilities of the crew and therefore personnel
are instructed to always maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness and orderliness in their respective
work locations. Trash and construction wastes are contained and disposed of properly.
The company provides appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) free of charge to all employees
and the proper use of such equipment is imposed throughout the entire organization. It is ensured that
such equipment meets the basic safety norms or standard requirements of approving standard
organizations.
A standard procedure of reporting accidents, incidents, or near-miss including property damages will be
systematically imposed within the organization. The procedure also includes investigation, records
keeping and analysis. Progressive disciplinary action program on safety-related violations is also a
component of the company administrative procedures. Corresponding penalties are outlined according
to the nature of offenses committed and the gravity of the consequences.
Safety is also one of the key result areas of employees’ performance appraisal system. Under normal
circumstance, an employee’s individual performance is appraised annually. End-of-project appraisal is
also a prerequisite prior to redeployment.
