evaluated and then sourced from Source Pools based on the criteria.
Data Management and Employee Cycle: Handling the first contact of an employee via
Induction / On boarding. Creating the Data Base for such new joiners so that their
documentation could be tracked in times of Audit. This database is further updated
capturing the employee’s growth in the company from the time of hiring to the time the
employee resigns from the company. This database forms the base when it comes to hiring
ex-employees into the company.
Ensuring that the employee attend training not only to better their skills but in turn assist
with higher production. The training calendar is reviewed on a regular basis to understand
what the demands of the market are and how the company would benefit by getting our
staff trained. All trainings are reviewed by the Training Team and the operations. Certain
policies have been created around specialized training and the input period post the
training.
Legal Compliance: Adherence to the policies of the company is a mandate. All the policies
are employee friendly and created in order to bring about a systematic behavior among all

employees. These policies are created by the HR in coordination with the Legal Team. The
policies are visited every year to ensure that the benchmarks created match the progressive
business and international standards.
Compensation and Benefits: Compliance and working towards a Zero Error payroll output
has always been the standard. Adherences to all government compliances are followed and
the data stored for HR Audits on a bi-yearly basis. Creation of packages with components
that would better the employee’s salary and give better benefits is always evaluated.
Performance Reviews are done on a quarterly basis to ensure that the ones lagging behind
get an opportunity to better their performance and earn better in the next financial year.
Benchmarking of Salary Slabs is done on a yearly basis to meet the market Talent Pool V/S
