Central Idea : To stop human thought that smoking are relevant in this era.

Introduction

I. Attention getter:
A. Please imagine what do you feel, when all of the people in this world were smoking a
cigarette and you are the one who not smoke? And imagine again how do you would
feel if all people in this world were not smoking while you are a heavy smoker?

B. Well in this situation from sides of smokers and non-smokers we know that there are an
awkward and unpleasant moments between smokers and non-smokers for in community

II. Reveal topic:


A. Cultures regularly include shared values, conventions, and traditions that bring
individuals together, and smoking might not fit into these broader social stories.

B. A few might contend that smoking has, at times, been glamorized in certain social
settings, particularly within the past, through media and publicizing. Be that as it may,
this point of view may be changing as mindfulness develops approximately the
wellbeing dangers included.

III. Establish credibility:


A. Like the angle of people who have experienced as smokers, people who identify as ex-
smokers may play a crucial role in supporting and encouraging others who are
currently trying to quit or considering doing so.

B. It recognizes the effort and commitment it takes to quit smoking and emphasizes the
individual's success in maintaining a smoke-free life.

It emphasizes the notion that smoking is a behavior or habit rather than a cultural tradition,
and challenges the association of smoking with cultural practices. This perspective may
underscore the health and social consequences of smoking, aiming to separate the act of
smoking from cultural norms and values.

Transition: Now we are going to the important discussion by talking about this bad habit affected the
surrounding and community.

Body

(NEED)

I. Surrounding needs a healthy environment and fresh air without this smoke from cigarettes.

A. Statement of need for action:

i. A lot of people were stuck and addicted to smoking.

a. Within seconds of inhaling cigarette smoke, nicotine causes the


discharge of dopamine within the brain, which gives individuals a
great feeling. Over time, the brain starts to crave that feeling from
nicotine and people got to utilize increasingly tobacco to induce that
same great feeling (Service, n.d.).

b. Tobacco utilizes causes sentiments of joy and readiness, but


individuals with nicotine reliance gotten to be tolerant to the specified
impacts.

ii. Smokers thought smoking was a social need and thing that can make more
friends.

a. A few individuals smoke when hanging out with friends or to feel


comfortable in social circumstances. Social smokers smoke every so
often and almost continuously in groups—often compared to drinking
liquor (Smoke Free Gov., n.d.).

b. Smoking can influence friendship in a few diverse ways. A few


individuals may not appreciate being around smoke or the scent of
smoke, which can lead to a strain on the friendship. Moreover, in
case one friend smokes and the other does not, it can create
pressure or distress in social circumstances.

B. Importance of problem:

i. Risk gains chronic disease and mental illness to individual.

a. Studies have found that smoking altogether increases the chance of


major sadness. Smoking may be a causal calculation in misery. The
relationship between smoking and sadness may be the result of a
hereditary tendency. Other potential causes for higher rates of
smoking in individuals with discouragement incorporate challenges
and push inside the social environment (Action on smoking and
health (ash), n.d.).

b. Smoking causes cancer, heart disease, stroke, lung diseases,


diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which
includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Smoking also increases
the risk for tuberculosis, certain eye diseases, and including
problems of the immune system.

Transition: After we know what vital problems are and what is the importance of problem, we talk
about solution that we talk about before.

(Satisfaction)

A. Get used to engaging in sports, socializing and religious activities.

ii. Activities that focus on your mental health and body health

a. This automatically forgets about smoking habits.

b. Aerobic exercises, including jogging, swimming, cycling, walking,


gardening, and dancing, have been proved to reduce anxiety and
depression. Having a healthy lifestyle means gaining a healthy life.

C. Find a specialist that can help to stop smoking.

i. The specialist of doctor knows how to help the addiction.

a. Ask around and see what doctor your friends and family will visit.
You can also ask another healthcare professional with whom you
have a relationship, like a women's primary care physician, a
pharmacist, or even your dentist for a recommendation.

b. How can a doctor help quit smoking?


There are two common prescription medications that help smokers
quit: Bupropion SR and Varenicline. You'll need a prescription from
your doctor to get these medications.

Transition: After exploring the way of prevention to smoke we are going to what happen to body
when we are not smoking anymore.

A. A healthy body has many advantages.

1. Having healthy lungs is one of the ex-smoker’s goals.

a. Lungs heal and become clearer with each breath. Visualize them free
from smoke, clean, and vibrant with oxygen.

b. Great well-being decreases the danger of creating different infections.


Stop smoking and find way of life choices can lower the probability of
conditions such as heart malady, diabetes, and certain cancers
(National LIbrary of Medicine, n.d.).

2. Optimal Functioning of body

a. A solid body permits organs and frameworks to operate productively.


This incorporates the cardiovascular framework, respiratory
framework, stomach related framework, and more.
b. When these frameworks work well, the body can perform its function
effectively (Human Performance Institute, n.d.).

3. Personal Benefits

a. Brings positive changes and improved health, increased energy, and a


stronger immune system (National LIbrary of Medicine, n.d.).

b. Envision the extra money saved by not buying cigarettes.

Conclusion

A. Call for action: Practice self-awareness and common sense.

ii. For mutual awareness, stopping smoking is the best solution and action to take
for a wellbeing together even sides of individual, family or community.

iii. Change the smoking culture as a connection and improvement in friendship.

iv. Please stop smoking and change this habit to other healthy habit. “Stop losing
yourself and losing your beloved person too.”

B. Summary: "Smoking is not a culture" underscores the idea that smoking should not be
regarded as an inherent or positive aspect of cultural identity.

i. Understanding that smoking is not a culture highlights the require for


advancing more advantageous way of life choices and challenging
recognitions that relate smoking with social hones.

ii. It emphasizes the significance of adjusting social values with behaviors that
contribute emphatically to person and collective well-being.

iii. Your commitment to creating smart movies will contribute to the well-being in
the environment.

C. End with a “bang”:

iv. If not today, when will we continue to be slaves to cigarettes and damage the
surrounding well-being.

v. Be a person who puts a lot of emphasis on self-awareness to break unhealthy


cultural groups.

vi. All of us take control of our health and well-being, emphasizing ability to make
positive choices, and quitting smoking is an empowering decision that can be
motivational because it is great success in our lives.
