doesn’t succeed with launching is simply because it requires a level of selflessness that has to
be demonstrated at all times.

shouldn’t be your profits or rank achievements but those of your family.
BECOMING A LEADER
WHEN AM I CONSIDERED A LEADER? Once you’ve impacted 1 life through this opportunity.
Be willing and ready to transition quickly. You’re not meant to be a rookie forever in this family.
We need everyone to become a veteran. Joining this investment group shouldn’t be seen as
employment but, a shot to become your own business owner.
IN ORDER TO LEAD, YOU MUST FIRST FOLLOW. Ask yourself, “Which leaders am I looking
up to and following in order to become a leader myself?” Follow their social media pages and
seek knowledge from them when you have the opportunity.
Each of the calls listed above must be mastered in order to efficiently add value to your family
as a leader. Mastering these calls should require at least attending & hosting each 8 times.
There are 30 to 31 days in most months, so you must understand mastering these calls will take
time but will be instrumental in your team’s performance.
The trainings provide huge impact to your family but, there is more to being a successful
leader…
- Leaders excel with passing information all the way down to the newest team members
ie: trade ideas, trainings, important messages/updates.
- Leaders also excel with passing energy, excitement, and engagement throughout their
teams (ex: when a new family member gets added to the chat, be the first to welcome
them.)
- Leaders are always students eager to learn and seek new knowledge.
- Leaders strive to develop their personal skill sets and mindset through attending events,
reading books, etc.
- Leaders hold themselves as well as their families accountable.
- Leaders keep gratitude and love at the forefront of their business.
- Leaders are always challenging themselves to perform better. They push themselves to
the edge.
- Leaders keep going and never give up.
Believe it or not, the hardest rank in this compensation plan is Platinum 150. The journey of
introducing your network to a new skill-set and way of thinking can be challenging. But, once
you’ve hit P150, “you’re getting busy!” Below are some steps to break into weekly residual
checks with ease…
As a leader you’re not asked to reproduce rank achievements that you haven’t hit yourself. As
you grow and achieve new levels of success, by simply recreating the same success in others
your business will always be growing.
Ex: Congratulations you’ve hit P150! Recreate 3 new P150’s in your family by duplicating the
process and work it took for you to hit the rank. By law, you are now a Platinum 600 simply
through duplicating what you’ve already experienced.
I believe the “staple rank” in this business is Platinum 600 (team of 12 customers).
P6! YOU’RE IN THE MIX. (BASE PAY: $600/MONTH, $150/WEEK, $7,200 ANNUALLY)
This rank achievement requires a certain level of consistency and skill that some P150’s never
get to. Many can’t achieve this level simply by prospecting and enrolling customers.
If you didn’t notice, those first 3 points listed above are the first 3 trainings listed in the “THE
GREAT 8” TRAINING CALLS. Now let’s keep elevating in this business…
There’s 6 ranks to Chairman 10 and achieving P1000 means you’ve accomplished half of the
journey. You must begin tightening up your skills and time management in order to continue to
grow. You must be grooming your platinum leaders to host trainings and step into new roles so
you can do the same.
Skill-sets a P1000 has successfully duplicated would be…
- Leading (Great 8) trainings: 1,2,3,5 at the minimum.
- Has weekly engaging posts/videos on social media platforms
- Can open/close a prospect call
- Is hosting events in respective location
- Has created a chat with business partners to make sure they have everything necessary
to win
- Received 100+ “no’s, it’s not for me, forex is a scam, I don’t have the time”
- Developed at least 2 P600’s in their business
When looking at the rank achievement of Platinum 2000 (team of 75 customers), it can seem
like a daunting task. This is where duplication can save you a ton of time and anxiety…
If you can hit a rank then it can be duplicated for others. Duplicate as many Platinum 600’s in
your business as possible. Take new leaders through the same process you went through to
P600 and help them avoid any setbacks or obstacles you might have faced.
We all have 3 legs. If you were able to help develop 2 Platinum 600’s in each of your legs that
would be roughly 24 team members in each leg. 24 x 3 legs = 72 team members.
EASY MONEY!
Achieving this rank will also grant you access to certain chats & leaders that will boost your
knowledge & leverage on levels you wouldn’t even understand…
Pushing from P2000 to P5000 can be one of the toughest stretches but just remember once you
hit the next rank, CHAIRMAN 10 is right in front of you.
At this point you’ve proven to be a committed and dedicated leader in this investment group.
Your business has surpassed a couple of hundred family members and you must continue to
teach duplication with your leaders as well as with yourself.
This rank requires daily repetition and self development. You must also be managing your
team’s growth and troubleshooting any issues family members are facing.
MOVING FORWARD…
As you progress from P5000 to Chairman 10 in this business, I highly suggest seeking
mentorship and advice from those who have the success you are after. They will be able to
provide specific suggestions to your journey so far and help you achieve this goal. There is
constant change in certain capabilities the chairman leaders recommend at some of these
higher ranks. Soon, I will be adding even more content and details to this document.

affirmations and personal why’s present at all times. Build up your family/ business partners to
develop their skill-set more efficiently than you did and naturally they will progress through the
