Project guidelines

1. This task should be carried out in a group of four (4) to five (5) students.
2. Each group is required to do research guided by a supervisor (mentor).
3. Project should be carried out for 12 Weeks from week 2 to week 13. The 3 hour lab/ project
slots will be allocated for conducting project.

4. Proposal should include:


 Introduction
 Research questions, objectives, hypothesis
 Literature review
 Methodology including Materials, Methods and Research Ethics
 Milestones/ Gantt Chart
 Estimated budget
 References (APA format)
 Proposal should be written in the proposal form provided.
 Proposal presentation and submission will be held in Week 7.

5. Report writing should include:


 Introduction and objectives
 Literature Review
 Methodology including Research Ethics
 Results and Discussion
 Conclusions
 References (APA format)
 Log Book
 Pictures of Project Activities
 Report should be submitted online via myguru platform in week 14.

6. Article writing should include:


 Abstract
 Introduction and objectives
 Methodology including Research Ethics
 Results and Discussion
 Conclusions
 References
 Article writing should be written in the scientific journal format provided.
 Article should be submitted online via myguru platform in week 14.
7. Presentation in Seminar should include:
 Abstract
 Introduction
 Objectives
 Methodology
 Results and discussion
 Conclusions
 References
 Presentation should be carried out using poster presentation.
 Presentation will be carried out during Research Seminar in week 14.

8. Reflection should include:


 Weekly diary.
 Individual reflection.
