Viral Tweets - The Ultimate Guide
Section 1: Welcome 3
Final Thoughts 29

Section 1: Welcome
Hello friend!
I’m assuming you also want to build a strong following that’s willing to buy from
you.
My secret?
Trust me when I say: This is the most valuable skill of the 21st century.
3
Section 2: Why This Book Is Special
The problem with most of these guides is that they don’t teach you what you
actually need.
They give you strategies to trick the algorithm & get “fake” engagement.
Here you will learn the evergreen skill of capturing attention and going viral.
Meaning:
Use these tips and you’ll skyrocket your impressions, but more importantly,
attract real fans to monetize your brand.
Trust me… This is worth so much more than any “algo hacks” or question tweets.
4
Section 3: Why You Need Viral Tweets
Writing viral tweets properly (which you’re going to learn in this book) is a
non-negotiable part of a successful brand.
Why?
The art of viral writing is the very first step of your funnel:
5
Section 4: Your Goal For Viral Tweets
This is why writing tweets is more about psychology than writing itself.
You have to understand that people don’t remember you for what you say…
Your objective when writing tweets (or anything for that matter) is to take your
readers on an emotional journey.
● Entertainment
● Inspiration
● Education
6
● Being inspired feels fantastic
● Being entertained feels fantastic
● Gaining clarity through education feels fantastic
7
Section 5: The Key to Viral Tweets
Attention
Attention means capturing & holding attention.
We’ll get to how you can optimally achieve this, but here’s a little teaser:
● Hooks
● Polarization
● Interesting Ideas
● Etc.
● Structure
● Formatting
● Novel Perspectives
8
Shareability
What makes 𝕏 the most overpowered social media platform for creators?
Few other platforms allow you to get millions of eyeballs on your post with just 1
lucky click.
1. Delivering value
● Education
● Inspiration
● Entertainment
2. Making it memorable
● Be unique
● Be relatable
● Keep it simple
9
Section 6: Your Target Audience
Before we can dive into how to make your post attention-grabbing & shareable,
we need to do something first.
How will you know what grabs attention or what makes your post worth sharing…
You want to have as clear a picture as possible of what your average reader
looks like.
You might be able to attract followers without this… But only if you know your
target audience will you attract people who are willing to buy from you.
10
Section 7: The ARSU Formula for Virality
I want to equip you with a formula that has served me very well over the past
couple of months.
A - Attention
R - Relevance
S - Simplicity
U - Uniqueness
A - Attention
R - Relevance
S - Simplicity
Simplicity is key.
You need to be 100% clear about what you’re saying and how you deliver it.
11
Your tweet should revolve around only 1 main theme. Any more than that is
confusing.
U -Uniqueness
Be authentic as this is what sets you apart and makes you memorable.
Use this formula as a sort of checklist. All of your tweets should ideally meet all 4
criteria.
12
Section 8: The 5 Key Factors
Finally… How to make your post attention-grabbing & shareable in 5 simple steps:
1) Interesting Idea
It all starts with what you’re writing about.
Your Idea.
They either want to expand their horizons or be comforted that they’re doing the
right thing.
(Usually number 2)
Because you have (hopefully) defined your target audience, you’ll know exactly
what that is.
● Relevance
● Uniqueness
Idea Generation
But how on earth do you come up with ideas like that?
13
Very good question.
First and foremost you’re gonna need a place to write them down.
The best ideas creep up on you when you expect them the least.
Whenever I’m struggling with ideas, I open my “idea hub” and have a pool of
resources to pull from.
To find those novel ideas — those that give your readers that “aha-moment” —
you’re gonna need to spend some time away from 𝕏.
If you get all of your ideas from 𝕏… you can’t expect to stand out.
● Read books
● Listen to podcasts
● Read book summaries
● Watch YouTube lectures
💡 BONUS TIP: A regular journaling practice is one of the best ways to discover
interesting thoughts & ideas.
Action Steps
● Give your readers reassurance or a novel perspective
● Make it relatable or unique
● Have a centralized idea hub (eg. Notion)
● Consume unique content (outside of 𝕏)
14
2) Hooks
The hook is the first sentence of your post.
Aka:
● Simplicity
● Relevance
💡 PRO TIP:
After writing your post…
Write out 10 potential hooks and pick the one you think will grab the most
attention.
Usually, the best hooks only come after the 8th attempt or so.
15
Top 7 Hook Frameworks
Here are a few frameworks to make your hooks more attention-grabbing
(including some examples for each):
1. Specific Numbers
2. Negativity
Our brains are wired to scan our environment for negative feedback.
16
3. Audience Callout
4. Problem Callout
5. Polarizing Claims
17
You should piss some people off.
You can’t have fans without haters, so don’t be afraid to voice your honest
opinions.
6. Competency/Social Proof
Have you done something that others could only dream of?
It’s not bragging if you show your readers how you achieved it.
Action Steps
● Implement these frameworks and see what works best for you
● Target something the reader wants in an understandable way
● Write out 10 potential hooks for each tweet and pick the best one
Nobody!
How your post looks is often more important than the content itself…
● Lists
● Simply
● Work!!!
19
There are infinite use cases for lists:
● In your posts
● In your newsletter
● In your lead magnets
Everywhere!
The beautiful thing is that you can turn each bullet into a new list!!
2. Staircase Structure
If it breaks the flow of your content… you’re better off ignoring this one.
3. Whitespace
20
You can even use whitespace in between sentences!
5. Remove Fillers
Always ask yourself whether this word/sentence is actually needed to bring the
point across.
● Lists
● Dashes “—“
● (Parentheses)
● Or triple dots “...”
For example:
I could either use a comma… or I could use dots (and parenthesis) to make it more
engaging.
21
7. Highlighting
OR ALL 3 COMBINED.
8. Repetition
● Use it in lists
● Use it in paragraphs
● Use it everywhere
💡 PRO TIP: Use interesting visuals to grab attention and make the reader long
for more.
Action Steps
● Implement these frameworks and see what works best for you
● Make your writing as easy to consume as possible
22
4) Delivery
This is important. So listen up!
You can implement everything that we’ve talked about so far, but if your delivery
is off…
You’re doomed.
● Talk in absolutes
● Exaggerate the point
● Remove words that imply uncertainty
23
So who tf cares if they don’t like you?
The simpler you can phrase your tweet, the better it’s going to perform.
Action Steps
● Write with 100% confidence & conviction
● Write in a way your target audience understands
● Be authentic and unafraid of showing your personality
5) Conclusion
Lastly, your tweet needs a conclusion.
This is not always necessary, but this helps engage the reader to make it more
shareable.
● Ask questions
● Give action steps
● Summarize the lesson
● Make a strong (polarizing) point
At the end of your threads/long forms, you can also give a clear call to action.
Tell the reader to follow, like, and RT if they liked the post.
24
Summary
Okay, that was A LOT!
1) Interesting Idea
2) Hooks
4) Delivery
5) Conclusion
25
Section 9: Practice & Iteration
Copy what has been proven to work & make it your own (preferably better).
I learned tweet writing by copying Dan Koe’s tweets and rewriting them in my own
words & with my own ideas.
Look at your top-performing tweets and figure out why they worked.
I can only equip you with the knowledge. YOU have to implement it and see what
works for you.

inspiration. Also, feel free to add new tweets that hooked your attention.
26
Section 10: Viral Tweets Checklist
I’m going to equip you with a checklist that encapsulates all the criteria to keep in
mind when writing viral tweets:
27
Section 11: Other Factors
Another BIG factor in how well your tweets perform is your network.
Having people that are willing to engage with & share your content is sooo
valuable.
Sometimes the most unexpected posts go viral. Analyze & replicate them.

Final Thoughts
These were the strategies I used to gain 900+ followers and 845k+ impressions
in only 60 days.
“This all sounds great Tim, but how do I apply these to my tweets?”
I used to struggle massively with capturing attention & building a loyal audience.
Heck! I was stuck at 9 followers for 1 MONTH! I know what that feels like…
BUT… I’ve dug myself out of it. It took me A LOT of trial & error, failed experiments
& facing rejection to finally figure things out.
I’m opening up 5 spots for my 1:1 coaching calls, where we create a crystal
clear strategy to:
A 60-minute call costs $149. (But we’ll talk for however long is necessary.)
