We are looking for an IT Support Associate who will work closely with project and development
teams to build a deep understanding of the applications that support specific products,
services, or user/customer groups.

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with project and development teams to build a deep understanding of
the applications that support specific products, services or user/customer groups.
• Help to deliver business requirements and priorities in the most effective way,
translating them into deliverable technical specifications, and maximising the use of
existing capabilities and functionality wherever possible.
• Focus on continual improvement of system processes, identifying opportunities for
automation, removing unnecessary system tasks, reducing error rates and delivering
improved efficiency.
• Build close relationships with system suppliers in order to leverage their product
knowledge, delivery experience and best practice, ensuring that maximum value for
money is obtained from investments in technology.
Who you are:

• Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software


• Experience of modelling system flows and/or business processes
• Expertise of technical specification writing, covering both new functionality, changes
to existing functionality, and integrations
• Experience of data modelling techniques
• Analytical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
