    COUNSELING SCHEDULE FOR ADMISSION AY 2024-25 UNDER PM-USP YOJANA
    Under Graduate Admission
    Events Tentative Dates / Period
    1 Online Registration 18th June – 22th July 2024
    (Portal will close at 5:00 P.M.)
    2 Verification of documents of Registered candidates
    at nearest Facilitation-cum-Document Verification 21th June – 2 4 t h J u l y , 2 0 2 4
    Centers (FDVC) (Portal for Verification of Certificates of
    registered students will close at 5:00 PM

    3 Opportunity for Corrections, if any, in the 25th July – 26th July, 2024 (after 26th July,
    information of Registered candidates at FDVC 2024 5:00 P.M., no update request will be
    entertained by the AICTE).
    4 Announcement of Result of Final Merit List
    29th July, 2024 (at 5:00 P.M.)
    5 Choice Filling Options open for all candidates 22th July – 02nd August, 2024
    whose documents have been verified.
    (Portal will close at 5:00 P.M.)
    6 Result of Seat Allocation through Online 09th August, 2024 (subject to CUET result)
    Counselling on the login of the Student:
    Round1 Allotment
    7 Confirmation from the candidate against the seat 09th August, 2024 – 12th August, 2024
    allocation ( Failing to freeze the seat during this
    period will cancel the seat and seat will be allotted to
    another candidate during next/subsequent round)
    8 Seat Cancellation for the candidates who 13th August, 2024
    have not given any confirmation
    9 Joining in the College by the student 20th August, 2024
    i. The calendar of events is tentative and is subject to change.
    ii. Allotment of college, based on merit, can be viewed by the students using respective login id.
    iii. College once allotted will not be changed.
    iv. If results of NEET/JEE/CUET counselling are conducted before the commencement of SSSJKL counselling, the aspiring candidate should
    immediately report to AICTE regarding her/his allotment in NEET/JEE/CUET so that vacant seats may be allotted to next student(s). The student
    needs to fill the details in “entrance examination” option visible on the portal after login.

    v. Second Round of Allotment will be made if and only if the confirmation and freezing of the allotted seat for first round of counselling is less than
    5000; step3 in Table above onwards will be followed. The announcement for Round 2 will be made on AICTE Portal separately.

    vi. Students selected on merit basis through online counselling process must download the allotment letter without fail from the portal using their login ID.
    vii. Students who have been selected in Central Universities like Delhi University, Jamia Milia Islamia after clearing CUET examination may join the
    college after completion of admission formalities as per the University Criteria and the Allotment Letter issued by AICTE will be valid till that
    date. Please visit the website of CUET/Central Universities for latest announcement.

    viii. For the students who physically report to the institute after getting the allotment letter from AICTE before the last date, the institute will verify
    the documents and confirm the joining of student on the portal to block the seat. This will allow AICTE to get factual position of vacant seats
    available for next round of counselling.

    ix. Online joining confirmation is permitted if the academic session is delayed. In such a case, the institute will press confirmation button on the portal
    after taking written consent from the student mentioning her/his candidate ID through the registered email only.

    x. Grievances shall be entertained through email:[email protected] only if the Candidate ID, name and active mobile number is
    mentioned.
