Prospect: Hello?

Company: Hi is this, (name)?! (Enthusiastic tone)

Prospect: Yes.... Who is this?

Company: Hi (name) This is (your name) from (Company Name) in (Area) I was calling
because I wanted to thank you for signing up for [special offer]! By scheduling a visit
with us now we’ll include (thank you offer)!

Prospec: Oh yes, that’s right.

Company: Great, I was calling to see what time you could stop on by today or tomorrow
so you can start your first free class & we can do a quick orientation session and give
you a quick tour
of the facility.

Prospect: Yeah that would be good when are you guys open?

Company: We’ll be here from (7Am till -8pm tonight) when works best for you?

Prospect: My work ends in the evening so probably 6pm if that’s possible?

Company: Great how about I book you in for 6:00pm tomorrow night? (You can also
book the for the same day to increase show up)

Prospect: Yes that sounds good! Is there anything I should bring to the class?

Company: Yes you can bring maybe a towel & some water if you want.

Prospect: Yes.
