OURSELEVES
Reports Section:
 Reports are not categorized which can make the user struggle
*Improvement-Addition of categories and sub categories
so that users can find reports of their interest.
 Does not have a effective search bar
*Improvement- A robust search feature with filters such as by
date, topic, price range)
 Absence of Reviews
*Improvement-We can allow users to review and rate the
reports which are bought by them.
 Mobile experience is not good.
*Improvement-Seamless operation in mobile devices.

E-Magazines Section-
 The experience of reading the magazine online is not up to the
mark the page turnover response does not sync well with
trackpad of the mouse.
 While reading the magazines online the screen should
automatically achieve a full screen view.
 Filtration by date and topic.
 E-magazines should be optimized for mobile devices.

Advertisements-
 Reduction of placing ads in middle of articles
 Number of ads must be reduced on a single page
 May use target advertising to show users ads that match their
interests.
 Ads must avoid the autoplay videos it may frustrate users

End User News Section


 News categories must be organised by topic and date
 The website must be fully responsive
 The headlines of the news must have a bigger font size
 Suggestion of related articles must pop-up while the users
are reading a particular article.
 As the end user news section belongs to the subscription
based model the teaser preceding the main content must
catchy.

Sustainability News Section


 There are ads on both the sides of the webpage when a user is
reading a news it must be removed from one side of the page
 The Sustainibility news content can expand its boundaries beyond
aluminium as sustainability is not related to aluminium only.

Competitors of AL Circle
 Economic times are the indirect competitors as the news section is
much more categorised in their app.
 Inshorts are the worthy competitor of AL Circle as they use catchy
keywords and display the news within 60 words which helps the
users to get an overview of the a topic.It segregates the news into
different categories and they use pictorials to make their interface
more attractive.
Overall there are no companies which aims to be a central hub
for information and networking within the aluminium industry.
