your personality.

B. The circle of friends that you have
I smiled the moment I thought of them, I felt a sense of contentment, pure happiness, and
overwhelming gratitude.
C. Your current academic performance
Remembering the past days of sleep nights and countless breakdowns, I tend to worry a lot and
feel so much stressed. I regret not taking seriously the advanced classes in physics and chemistry.
I am disappointed but this is also my fault so I just had to accept it.
D. Living with family
Living with them gives me so much comfort and a sense of security.
E. Personal relationship with God
I feel at peace and very much thankful.
F. Your current relationship status
I'm happy with just being single, I feel contented and I love having more time for myself.
G. Your body posture
I am confident with my body posture.
H. Attitude towards difficulties in life
I know that life isn't always easy, and instead of drowning myself in despair, I am being more
challenged, and reminding myself to stay resilient and determined.

2. Try to observe yourself and evaluate your emotional reactions. Write down your answers on a sheet of
paper including your answers to the processing questions.

1. How did you feel about the activity?

I find the concept of exploring emotional responses through mirroring, interesting and insightful.
With this activity, I had a more in depth understanding of myself.

2. Was it easy or difficult? Why?

It was easy for the part that I'm a bit comfortable with introspection but it was also difficult for
some parts as I don't know how to react and I find it challenging to express my emotions
physically.

3. Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the different scenarios in your
life and aspects of your personality? How?
Yes for some aspects, there were situations or moments I recalled that triggered my emotions.
And there were also some that I find challenging to express.

4. What strengths and weaknesses have you noticed or identified?

I just learned that one of my strengths is that I easily get along with people. I'm also good at
communicating and collaborating, which just made most of my relationships or certain aspects in
life better. On the other hand, I also found that I lack in self-confidence, and that there still parts
of who I am that I need to see more and appreciate.
