Maintaining good health is essential for living a long. There are many things
you can do to keep yourself healthy.
About me, I usually exercise regularly in the early morning. It's a great way to
start the day. In the afternoons, I often spend time playing sports with my
friends. We play soccer, badminton, or go for a run together. It’s a lot of fun.
Beside , A healthy diet is very important for keeping fit and reducing the risk of
chronic diseases. I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. I don't smoke and drink
alcohol. It's harmful for my health. I never skip meal, especially breakfast. It is
necessary to eat regularly to be healthy and provide my body with the energy it
needs to function.
Also Getting enough sleep is essential. If I don't get enough sleep, I'll be tired
and unable to focus on my work. Stress is bad for my health. To reduce stress, I
often relax by doing things I enjoy, such as reading, listening to music, and
watching movies. I also find that spending time with friends and family helps
me to relax and de-stress.
In addition My family and I get heath checkups to detect and treat diseases
early.

Topic 2: Talk about your first time doing something

My unforgettable experience was my first day at primary school. I hated school

very much because study equated with no game anymore. I begged my mother
to stay at home but in vain. However, It surprised me. School wasn’t such a bad
place as my thoughts.There were a lot of students about my ages, playing
happily, chatting naturally and behaving as school was familiar to them.
Besides, a big schoolyard would be an ideal place for any of my games. At that
time, I was really being attracted that I just wanted to mingle myself with the
joyous atmosphere.My mother led me to my class, and let me be alone in a new
environment. Other students looked shy and silent. I was confident when
estimating myself, not the only to feel scared.Thanks to a teacher who walked
in, I felt lonely at that time, but she was really funny and didn't make me feel
insecure.That was a memorable memory thank to her, once at school, I was
really looking forward to going there after
Topic 3: Describe a job you would like to do in the future
Well, my future job is a programmer. I like this job because this job can help me
be active and creative, I can have a lot money and too job isn’t so hard. Besides,
I can stay at home and stear do my job. Right, I can easy to right out to job
because there are many many company that need many jobment of IT. To
become a progammer, I have to study hard to get more jobs. In addition, I also
need to have many skills such as teamwork skills, error reading skills, and also
need to learn English well, practice with other people in order to help me to
support to my job... I would recommend this job to anyone who has a passion

Topic 4: Talk about a special occasion in Vietnam or in the world
One special occasion in Vietnam is Tet holiday, also known as the Lunar New
Year. It typically falls in late January or early February, marking the beginning
of the lunar calendar year. Tết is the most significant and longest holiday in
Vietnamese culture, lasting around seven to ten days. During Tết, families
gather to pay respect to their ancestors, visit relatives and friends, and exchange
wishes for a prosperous new year. Traditional activities include decorating
homes with peach blossoms, kumquat trees, and vibrant flowers, preparing
special foods like bánh chưng (square glutinous rice cake) and bánh dày (round
glutinous rice cake), and giving lucky money in red envelopes (lì xì) to children
and elders. People also clean their houses to sweep away bad luck and make
offerings to ancestors on their altars. On the eve of Tết, families have a reunion
dinner called "cúng giao thừa" to bid farewell to the old year and welcome the
new one with hope and joy. During Tết, it's common to visit pagodas or temples
to pray for good fortune and happiness in the new year. Many also participate in
cultural performances, dragon dances, and firework displays to celebrate the
occasion. Personally, I admire the rich traditions and cultural significance of Tết
Nguyên Đán. It's a time for family bonding, reflection, and hope for the future.
The festive atmosphere and customs make it a cherished occasion for many
Vietnamese people.

Topic 5: Describe one of your family members

Family is an integral part of our lives, and each member plays a unique role in
shaping our personalities and providing support. In this article, I would like to
introduce my mother, who has been a constant source of love, guidance, and
encouragement in my life. Her name is … .My mother is over forty years old.
My mother has a slim body with tan skin. Standing out on her mother's face are
her dark, sparkling and gentle eyes. Those eyes often reflect affection and love
like a mother's immense love for her. Every time Mom smiles, white teeth
appear and graceful dimples. She is a hard-working person. She always gets up
early to prepare breakfast for the whole family. For her, family is always the
first priority. Mom always took the time to talk and listen to me. We share our
feelings and experiences during the day. I am very grateful and love my mother.

Topic 6: Imagine you are going to have a holiday and talk about your plan

Now is March and I'm going to have a trip on next summer holiday. I want to
have a great holiday with friends so I need prepare a perfect plan. We are going
to go to Co To island on three days by car and boat. Our trip will start from
Hanoi to Van Don about 250 kilometer by car and from Van Don to Co To
island by boat. After that, we will hire room in a hotel and have lunch in a
restaurant near hotel with seafoods, such as shrimp, crabs and so on. After
lunch,we'll walk around places near there. The second days, we'll go watch the
sunrise in the morning after hire motorbike of people in the island to visit nature
places there, especially the lighthouse. Next to we'll go bathe, sunbathing and
look at sunset together. The third days, we'll go to market on the morning to buy
things, which is only available here. I am eager to go there and I hope it will be
unforgettable trip.

Lat in the future, I have never been here, Da Lat is the capital city of Lam Dong
province in Vietnam. It is also known as the City of flowers and honeymooners
with lovely French villas, fresh air, beautiful waterfalls and beautiful lakes.this
place is famous for its mild, romantic climate, natural scenery, many resorts
and fun. Dalat is famous for many beautiful sceneries and European style.
Visitors to Dalat can visit famous landmarks such as Xuan Huong Lake, Valley of
Love, Dalat flower garden,... These places are very suitable to relax and enjoy
the fresh, romantic air of Dalat city. Dalat is also very famous for delicious
