I am submitting this revised appeal to address the deactivation of my account as a
result of a violation of the Seller Code of Conduct Policy.
I understand that this is a serious matter and want to provide your team with all
the information necessary to show that I am committed to being a seller that
adheres to the principles outlined in the code of conduct.
I have been utilizing both Amazon and Amazon Business Prime to send inventory to
our customers. As such, there were times when I used Amazon's systems and features
to

I have read through the Seller Code of Conduct several times, reading through each
section and applying that to my business on and off Amazon. I must admit that I was
using Amazon Business Prime to ship items to my customers. I know that doing this
as a core business practice is against the Code of Conduct, and after reading
through the Code of Conduct more thoroughly I understand the errors I have made.
• Using Business Prime to ship to customers means I was not providing
accurate information on Amazon, as I did not have these items on hand.
• I misused Amazon Business Prime, using it to offer products on Amazon
for selling.
• Using this method, I was not acting fairty with Amazon and my
customers.
• I was also putting control of my account in someone else's hands, as I
was not the one shipping the items, I cduld not guarantee the condition,
authenticity, or shipping method
of the items sold.
Immediate and Preventative Measures:
• I have removed all listings that I do not have readily on hand
• I have stopped using drop shipping as a way to source products for
sale.
• I am working with new suppliers to get inventory to supply to both
Amazon and my customers
