I am submitting this revised appeal to address the deactivation of my account as a
result of a violation of the Seller Code of Conduct Policy.
I understand that this is a serious matter and want to provide your team with all
the information necessary to show that I am committed to being a seller that
adheres to the principles outlined in the code of conduct.
I have been utilizing both Amazon and Amazon Business Prime to send inventory to
our customers. As such, there were times when I used Amazon's systems and features
to

I have read through the Seller Code of Conduct several times, reading through each
section and applying that to my business on and off Amazon. I must admit that I was
using Amazon Business Prime to ship items to my customers. I know that doing this
as a core business practice is against the Code of Conduct, and after reading
through the Code of Conduct more thoroughly I understand the errors I have made.
• Using Business Prime to ship to customers means I was not providing
accurate information on Amazon, as I did not have these items on hand.
• I misused Amazon Business Prime, using it to offer products on Amazon
for selling.
• Using this method, I was not acting fairty with Amazon and my
customers.
• I was also putting control of my account in someone else's hands, as I
was not the one shipping the items, I cduld not guarantee the condition,
authenticity, or shipping method
of the items sold.
Immediate and Preventative Measures:
• I have removed all listings that I do not have readily on hand
• I have stopped using drop shipping as a way to source products for
sale.
• I am working with new suppliers to get inventory to supply to both
Amazon and my customers

Regarding the Seller Code of Conduct Principles:


• While operating my Amazon selling account I always adhere to the laws and abide
by allAmazon policies.
If there is a policy violation, it is unintentional. Once I am aware of the
issue, I will take steps to address it and then put preventative measures in place.

• My account information is always kept current and immediately updated


if any information changes.
• I always represent myself honestly and do not attempt to hide anything.
• As the account owner, I value my customers and do everything in my
power to ensure they have a trustworthy experience. I follow up on any issues and
that they are satisfiedwith the overall experience.
• The safety of the buyers is paramount and the items I am selling would
not cause harm to any Amazon customers.
• I treat all sellers and buyers with the utmost respect and courtesy.
• Never in the course of operating this Amazon seller account have I ever
engaged in any type of manipulative behavior in any part of the buying or selling
process. I do not do anything to seek positive reviews or incentivize the process
in any way to alter ratings, rankings, content, or any other deceptive practices.
• I respect the other sellers on the platform and have never taken any
spiteful actions against anyone including complaints or notices that would lead to
account actions against them.
I apologize that I was using Amazon Business Prime in a way that caused problems
with my account. I was trying my best to provide world-class service to my
customers, and how better to handle the shipping of my orders than Amazon itself?
This was an error on my part, I should have studied the Code of Conduct more deeply
so that ! understood the damage I was doing to my account. I am confident that this
experience has taught me how to properly manage and maintain my account with the
integrity that Amazon expects, and we feel we personify.
