Well now Im rounding out my 5th year here at Diversified Fitness Club. Something very important that has kept me here is I enjoy my work, but I also try to make sure that my clients and class attendees enjoy themselves too! As we enter this very hectic time of year, its easy to skip out on our workouts, especially if you dread them. We also spend more time thinking of others, which is wonderful, but its easy to skip out on the time spent on you and your health! Enjoy yourself! The most difficult thing is actually getting to the gym, but once you begin your workout try to relax and enjoy the process. Dont fight it. Make exercise your personal time. When you are exercising you can focus completely on yourself. Yes, exercising can and should be somewhat rigorous (depending on your fitness level), but it is the amount effort you put into your workouts that makes it truly rewarding.
