Dear AYUSH SINHA,

Following is the schedule for your online Personal Interview with IMI New
Delhi for your Application No. IMI/24/22843

Interview Date: 16-02-2024

Interview Slot: 02:00PM to 06:00PM

Mandatory online briefing session: 14:00

The interview will be conducted online through Zoom. The meeting link will
be available through the application dashboard (https://applicationdata.imi.
edu/) on the date of interview. The zoom link will be active 30 minutes before
start of Interview process.

Please make a note of the following important information.

1. On the day of the interview join the online briefing session with the
interview panel to receive important instructions and confirm the
precise time of your online interview. This is mandatory.
2. The briefing session will be conducted at 14:00 and can be joined
using the same Zoom link visible on your application dashboard
(https://applicationdata.imi.edu/)
3. Depending on the interview time allocated to you by the interview
panel, you must remain signed in. You will need to wait in the meeting
lobby before the panel admits you into the session.
4. Please note that if you miss the mandatory online briefing session or
fail to remain online in the meeting lobby during the time specified to
you, your interview may be cancelled. In such as case, the Admissions
Office will not be able to process your application any further.
5. You must have a laptop/ desktop with a working camera, microphone,
and a stable and high-speed internet connection. The camera and the
microphone must remain on throughout the interview.
6. Avoid joining the interview through your mobile phone.
7. Make sure that you are alone in the room throughout the interview.
Make necessary arrangements to avoid background noises or other
distractions.
8. Dress appropriately. Remember that you have applied to a professional
programme.
9. Expect the online interview to last anywhere between 15-25 minutes.
