INSTRUCTIONS & TIPS

Hi there!
First of all, we want to tell you THANKS for shopping in our shop!
Please read this manual carefully before using a new digital planning file.

We recommend you use the file on Apple iPad or Android tablet that compatible
with a stylus pen.

All our products are templates for Goodnotes 5 app (IOS), Notability app (IOS), and
Noteshelf app (Android). Also for an easy starting and easy work, you will need Drop-
box or Google Drive.
Please check your Internet connection, you need some strong Internet for
downloading. Digital Planners pack can be about 100 MB to 1GB.

Therefore, before you get started, you need to install 2 apps into your device:

1. Dropbox or Google Drive . These are FREE apps. Only an extended


Subscription for these apps is paid. But you don’t need an extended subscription
2. One of three apps - Goodnotes 5 (recommended for iPad) / Notability
/ Noteshelf (recommended for Android)

POSSIBLE ERRORS AND SOLUTION


UNIVERSAL INSTRUCTIONS
We highly recommend choosing the Dropbox way.
Due to Google Drive is behaving a little strange. Some issues may appear when you
use Google Drive. For example, your iPad may save your files as a zipped file.
Any zipped files are unsupported.

That’s why we recommend Dropbox! It’s a free app in Apple App Store/Google Play
Store. It is always easier and the same behaving in any devices. It takes a few
minutes to import any template or stickers with Dropbox.

WHEN YOU USE DROPBOX


1. Login to your Dropbox account. Create it if necessary.
2. Go through the Dropbox download link/links you have received after your pay-
ment.
3. Follow the link you will see a pop-up Dropbox window with your digital item/items.
4. Find the Download button at the upper right corner of the opened window. Click
on it and choose Save to my Dropbox.

5. Go to your Dropbox app, open the saved/copied folder of your order, and find to
PDF template of your digital planner.
6. Select it and open drop options menu for planner’s PDF file
7. Tap the command “Export”
8. Tap on the icon of your app (Goodnotes_5/Notability/Noteshelf)

If you use Android tablet

9. Import the template to the app as a new document (or new note)

WHEN YOU USE GOOGLE DRIVE


1. Login to your Google Drive account. Create it if necessary.
2. Go through the Google Drive download link/links you have received after your
payment.
3. Follow the link you will see a pop-up Google Drive window with your digital item/
items.
4. Find the Drop menu button. It looks like 3 dots icon. Depends on a device this
button may locate near your folder or appears at the upper right corner when you
make a long hold on the folder/file.
5. When you found this button tap on it and select the command “Add to My Drive”
6. Depends on the drive you may not find the command “Add to My Drive”.
In this case, be sure that your order files appear in the “Shared with me” section of
your Google Drive


Or

7. Go to Your Google drive app, open the shared/saved/copied folder of your order,
and find the PDF template of your digital planner
8. Select it and open drop options menu for the planner’s PDF file
9. Tap the command “Open in”.

10. Tap on the icon of your app (Goodnotes_5/Notability/Noteshelf)

If you use Android tablet

11. Import the template to the app as a new document (or new note)

HOW TO IMPORT THE DIGITAL TEMPLATE INTO GOODNOTES


(PLANNERS, NOTEBOOKS, STICKERS, INSERT)
1. Login to your Dropbox account. Create it if necessary.
2. Go through the Dropbox download link/links you have received after your
payment.
3. Follow the link you will see a pop-up Dropbox window with your digital item/items.
4. Find the Download button at the upper right corner of the opened window. Click
on it and choose Save to my Dropbox.

5. Open your Goodnotes app and tap on + (plus) button and choose import.
6. Select your personal Dropbox as the place you import from.
7. Import the file you need. For example Free stickers kit.goodnotes or
dated planner.
8.Repeat the actions to import another file.

NOTE:
In Order to use hyperlinks to click
on the desired page make sure
you have ‘read-only’ mode selected.

HOW TO IMPORT THE DIGITAL TEMPLATE INTO NOTABILITY


(Planners, Notebooks, Stickers, Insert)
1. Login to your Dropbox account. Create it if necessary.
2. Go through the Dropbox download link/links you have received after your
payment.
3. Follow the link you will see a pop-up Dropbox window with your digital item/items.
4. Find the Download button at the upper right corner of the opened window. Click
on it and choose Save to my Dropbox.

5. Open your Notability app and tap on “import icon” at the upper right corner and
choose Dropbox as the place you import from.
6. Import the file you need as a New Notes.
For example dated planner.
7. Repeat the actions to import another file.

NOTE:
In order to use hyperlinks to click on the desired page make sure you
have tapped “finger icon” and tap on the desired day.
After the tap on the desired day and click “Go to page #”

HOW TO IMPORT THE DIGITAL TEMPLATE INTO NOTESHELF


1. Login to your Dropbox account. Create it if necessary.
2. Go through the Dropbox download link/links
you have received after your payment.
3. Follow the link you will see a pop-up
Dropbox window with your digital
item/items.
4. Find the Download button at the upper right corner of the opened window.
Click on it and choose Save to my Dropbox.
5. Open your Noteshelf app and tap on the “+” (plus) icon at the bottom right corner
and choose Import Document.
6. Tap Downloads - Dropbox is the place you import from.
7. Import the file you need. For example dated planner.
8. Repeat the actions to import another file.
POSSIBLE ERRORS AND SOLUTION

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ENCOUNTER A TECHNICAL ERROR.

It is very rare but possible that you will encounter one of below errors when
importing order files into your app (Goodnotes 5, Notability, Noteshelf).
HOW TO FIX IT.
1. We recommend check the latest updates of your app and update it if necessary or
re-install your app. And check your files again.
If you use Goodnotes app. Be sure that you use Goodnotes5 app (new version),
not Goodnotes 4 (old version).
2. Most likely you use Google Drive way. Some issues may appear when you use
Google Drive. For example, your iPad may save your files as a zipped file.
Any zipped files are unsupported.

We highly recommend choosing the Dropbox way.
