CHARACTERS OF MACHINE
*The forming mechanism is driven by 2 metal hardened cams.
The forming mechanism is made of 304 stainless steel and high
strength
aluminum alloy.
*Paper web and forming mechanism is driven by high
performance
motor and worm gear reducer.
*Chain plate is fine machined from aluminum alloy with surface
oxidation treatment.
*The terminal mechanism is driven synchronously by a high

*The Aseptic filling space is folded and welded by 304 stainless

airtight closed by 3 glass doors with explosion proof and high

*Aseptic air is from high efficiency filter and air heater.

*A positive pressure aseptic environment ensured by aseptic air.

*Filling tube consists of upper filling tube and lower filling

*Upper filling tuber has two layers. The inner layer is for filling

Filling system *Lower filling pipe mechanical float with automatic liquid level
control mechanism, can be disassembled and cleaned
conveniently after production. CIP connection joint is equipped.
*The low end of filling tube dip below the liquid level to ensure
no filling and no foam.
*Aseptic filling valve made from 316 stainless steel.
*Strip is applied with high frequency heating, no interruption
action,
