Job Profile:
Analyze customer product specifications, applicable regulations for their area of the program
and specific requirement related to the new product development.
Determining the customer needs through RFQ interpretation as well as discussion with
customer and end users for better product and quality.
Responsible for coordinating all project elements including engineering, design, quality
planning, manufacturing, installation and final phases in order to meet the requirements of the
customer’s needs.
Prepare the design concept (DFM) with the help of Design Team and prepare the
Documentation; like BOM, Process Flow and Material Matrix to obtain the packaging &
transportation requirement.
Interact with customers, submit the Feasibility to the Customer, and discuss the critical Topics
with the customer regarding the Feasibility along with MFA, DFM and SCR.
Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions at the
initial stage of project.
Preparation & participation for Project Kick-off/review meetings with technical queries &
record the MOM.
Work with internal and external manufacturing partners to ensure producible designs (DFM).
Document designs by constructing solid models and drawings using GD&T and stack-up
analyses with the help of CFT.
Assist with design verification and sign off reporting for assigned project.
Define Project deliverables, key milestones, and project plan.
Seek feedback from engineering head for all the plans, incorporate suggestions and share final
plan with customers.
Preparing and presenting periodic project progress review meetings to ensure effective
delivery of project in line with time & quality parameters as per APQP.
Lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process
(PPAP) processes.
Monitor work activities, adherence to SOP’s, resource utilization and efficiency on weekly
basis for both internal CFT and Vendors/suppliers.
Discuss updates, red flags, and unresolved issues with Project Manager & Top management
(CFT) weekly during APQP Project review meetings.
Produce clear, focused and understandable explanations for change requests.
Monitoring project progress through APQP time plan and updating development status to
customer.
Track customer changes and participate in customer meetings to resolve the open issue.
Work on phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results
influencing project completion.
Produce deliverables on time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where
necessary.
Participating Product Trial run (PTR) for new products and checking quality of the product.
Submission of the produced sample to the customer for measurement alignment and approval
purpose.
Preparation of PPAP Documents (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA and PSW) & other
customer-supporting documents.
Preparation of work instructions, OPL, Defect Catalogue, visual defects sheet, PCC, Molding
OIS, PDIR, etc.
Development of BOP and gauges for the ongoing projects as per joint discussion with QA.
Submission of PPAP along with customer-supporting documents to the customer within time.
Finalize and complete the PPAP process with customers for validating the process and flow
for a better quality product.
Ensure Zero customer complaints before hand over the project to Production and quality team.
Submitting and validating the ECN tools regularly and updating the same data in the system.

Profile projector, and gauges like slip gauge, ring gauge, etc.
Submission of the samples to the customer for approval and validation purposes.
Preparation of PPAP Documents (PSW, PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA, Layout
Inspection, and SPC & MSA) & other customer-supporting documents.
Conduct SPC, MSA studies and Submitting PPAP packages to customers.
Preparation of Final & Process Inspection Quality Plan for New Developed product.

Conducting the PPAP process at our end with customers for validating the process and flow
