Important Note & Benefits of this Cloudpath System

• This process is one ,me only per device. One User can register
a maximum of two devices on their username.
• At the end of this process, you will automa,cally connect to
the Secure Network SSID wherever available throughout the
campus.
• ADer this one-,me process, you no longer need to sign in for
the internet in any campus building wherever Secure Network
SSID is available.
• ⁠PU_WIFI_CLOUD SSID will be disabled on 31st March 2024 at
all loca,ons wherever Secure Network SSID is available.
• You can use PU_WIFI_CLOUD SSID only in places where Secure
Network SSID is unavailable. At those places, you need to
connect with the PU_WIFI_CLOUD SSID and sign in on the
cap,ve portal page with the same username and password
(e.g. Student Enrollment number / Staff ID with your
password)
• If anyone has an issue with the ONBOARDING process, please
contact the Helpdesk at Systems Support Cell, CV Raman
Bhavan, during office hours.
CLOUDPATH ONBOARDING AUTHENTICATION PROCESS SOP

Step 1: Connect to the onboarding SSID.

Step 2: redirect to this page and click on start.


Note: In case a user is not automa=cally redirected to the specified page, please follow these
addi=onal instruc=ons:

1. Scan QR Code:

2. Access it manually from the browser:

• Open your browser.

• Type
hHps://cloudpath.paruluniversity.ac.in/enroll/ParulUniversity/Produc=on/process
into the address bar.

• Press Enter.
Step 3: Select below one op=on. Only two op=ons are available.

1. Students: Enter your Enrollment Number (Or collect your Enrollment number from FR / CR)
2. Staff –Enter staff ID.
3. Guest – who do have an Enrollment Number and Staff ID. (Currently, this feature is
unavailable)

• Students / Staff / Faculty must select the respec4ve Tab from the op4ons below.

• Select AD Authen=ca=on from the below op=on.


• Enter the enrollment number/staff ID, then click con=nue.

Note: I would like to highlight a device limita4on. The system allows only
two devices per single user. If two devices are already associated with one
enrollment/staff ID, kindly remove one and proceed by clicking on
'Con4nue.
• To remove the device, select remove from the below op=ons:
Step 4: Download the respec=ve file to your system (do not remove it aVer installa=on).

Note: AHached herewith are the files for users on Windows devices. If you have a different device,
such as an Android device, you will receive the corresponding file, either in APK or ZIP format.
• Run the exe file on your system & install the applica=on.

• Click on yes (if the pop-up comes up)


• The below sign means you completed all the steps.

• You will be redirected to Secure Network automa=cally and get an IP address. Please verify the
same as visible in the screenshot below.
Cloud path installa=on steps for Android devices:

1. Locate the APK or ZIP files: Iden=fy the relevant format suitable for your Android version.

2. Please install the Applica=on: Install the applica=on without opening it.

3. Final Step: AVer comple=ng the installa=on, open the same browser in the same tab and click
on the APK file again. This will automa=cally redirect you to the installed applica=on, ini=a=ng
its run=me.
Steps for Guest User Registra1on

(Currently, this feature is unavailable, will be launched soon)

• Click on start.

• Select Guest

• Fill up the required field.


Note: Regarding no=fica=on preferences, you have two op=ons for code delivery:

1. TXT Message (Mobile):

• If you prefer to receive the code on your mobile, please select this op=on.

2. Email:

• If you want to receive the code via email, kindly select this op=on.

Important Note: As per the system's approval process, once the support
team endorses your request, you will receive the code via your chosen
method (Text Message over SMS or Email).
