Dear Sir / Madam,
Under instructions and on behalf of my client State Bank of India constituted under State Barnk
of India Act, 1955, having its Corporate Centre at State Bank Bhawan, Madame Cama Marg, Nariman
Point, Mumbai and one of its local head office at 11, Parliament Street, New Delhi and also having so
many branches in all over India including one i.e. State Bank of India, Jeevan Tara Building Branch,
Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001, Ihereby serve upon you this demand notice, contents whereof you
may please note:

1 That you the addressee had approached to my client's branch for financial
assistance and applied for the same by submitting the loan application along
with supporting documents under the BR-T-L EDUCATIONAL.LNPER to meet
your financial needs.

2. That after clarity and scrutiny of all documents and looking to your proposal and
economic viability, my above said client had sanctioned the said financial facility
to you.

3. That in consideration of above loan facility as required, you the above mentioned
addressee voluntarily executed documents of loan along with loan agreement in
favor of my above named client for repayment of loan amount. You, the
addressee further agreed to pay interest on the loan amount as per agreement
subject to rise and fall under banking guidelines time to time. You, the
addressee, further agreed and undertook to pay or deposit the same regularly in
monthly installments as per terms of agreement, and after completing formalities
and signing the documents, my above named client had disbursed the limit
amounting INR.3,60,000/-after opening loan account number

4. That after disbursement of the said loan amount, you the above mentioned
addressee duly availed and enjoy the said loan amnount/facility, but miserably
failed to honor your commitments, undertakings and assurance to keep the
account in continuity by paying monthly loan installments and have committed
regular defaults since beginning even after so many requests and reminders by
our client, you had failed to improve your account's position. That a sum of
INR.5,05,886/- is due/unpaid/ irregular on your part in respect to above said
loan facility availed by you.

5. That as per the records maintained by my client you have grossly defaulted in
payment of your contractual commitments under the loan agreement. In this
regard earlier also my client had sent you various communications calling upon
you to honor your contractual commitments, however, despite receipt of the
aforesaid communications, you have failed to clear the irregular amount till date.
In view of the aforesaid persistent and continuous defaults committed by you,
my client may exercise its rights under the loan agreement and terminates the
said agreement and recalls the loan facility provided to you.

6. That on failure of you the addressee to effectively discharge your financial

obligations, vide this notice,I, therefore, on behalf of my client, call upon you to
pay the irregular amount, which comes to INR.5,05,886/ - which you the
addressee is liable to pay to mny client within 7 days of the receipt of this notice,
failing which my client shall constrained to recall loan facility and adopt the legal
recourse for the recovery of balance amount. INR. INR.5,05,886/- Interest +
Legal Charges + Other Charges which is due against you, entirely at your risk
as toall cost and consequences thereof, which you may please note. Further my
client shall also have liberty to pay appropriate civil and criminal actions against
you the addressee.

You are further called upon to pay Rs.2100/- as the cost of this legal notice.
A copy of this notice is retained in our office for all future references.

account as NPA on 23.05.2024 as per the guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. That as on 07.06.2024
a sum of lNR.15,79,644/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Forty
Four Only) which is due / unpaid outstanding amount on your part in respect to above said loan
facility availed by you.

5. That as per the records maintained by my client you have grossly defaulted in payment of your
contractual commitments under the loan agreement. In this regard earlier also my client had sent you
various written and oral communications calling upon you to honor your contractual commitments,
however, despite receipt of the aforesaid written and oral communications, you have failed to clear
the irregular amount tilldate. In view of the aforesaid persistent and continuous defaults committed by
you, my client exercises its rights under the loan agreement and hereby terminates the said agreement
and recals the loan facility provided to you.

6. That on failure of you the addressee to efectively discharge your financial obligations, ide this notice,
I,therefore, on behalf of my client, call upon you to pay the outstanding balance amount, which comes
to INR.15,79,644/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Four
Only) which you the addressee is liable to pay to my client within 07 days of the receipt of this notice,
failing which my client shall constrained to adopt the legal recourse for the recovery of outstanding
amount i.e. INR.15,79,644/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Forty
Four Only) + Future Interest + Legal Charges + Other Charges which is due against you, entirely
at your risk as to all cost and consequences thereof, which you may please note. Further my client
