    VOCATION CENTRE ST MONICA SCHOOLS

    Christmas Activity 2023

    When? Saturday 16th December


    Where? Eden Cinemas, St Julian’s
    Why? Watch the movie WISH
    Price? 14.50 euro (including film, medium-sized popcorn, drink & coach two-ways) or
    11.50 euro (including film, medium-sized popcorn & drink)

    Those coming need to fill in the form below and bring it with them to the activity – VERY
    IMPORTANT.

    (student’s name) ______________________ our consent to attend the Christmas Activity with
    other Voc Centre Members, that is being held on the 16 th December 2023.

    Kindly mark accordingly:


    She will come to school before 2:30pm and will be picked up at around 6pm
    She will come to school before 2:30pm and will be picked up at around 5:15pm from Eden
    Cinemas.
    She will come to the Eden Cinemas at around 2:45/3pm and will be picked up from school at
    around 6pm.
    She will come to the Eden Cinemas at around 2:45/3pm and will be picked up again from the
    cinema at around 5:15pm.

    If, she will be picked up from the cinema by someone else, or is leaving alone (taking
    transport or going somewhere nearby), kindly write so hereunder giving her your full consent
    to do so.

    We also consent to let her appear in photos which will only be used on the Vocation Centre
    Facebook page and on publications of Augustinian Sisters Servants of Jesus and Mary.
