Report for Testing of 24V Dual Channel Relay Module (with Light Coupling)

Introduction:
The purpose of this report is to document the testing procedures and results for the 24V Dual Channel
Relay Module with Light Coupling. The relay module is designed to switch high voltage loads using low
voltage control signals. In this report, we detail the testing methodology, conditions, and outcomes of
both single-channel and dual-channel testing with 230v 100 watts and 60 watts loads.

 Operating Voltage: 24V DC

 Two separate LEDs for On/Off indication of the Relay

 Triggering input voltage (16V – 24V)

 Back EMF protection

 Equipped with high-current relay 10A@250VAC / 10A@30VDC

 It can control both AC and DC appliances such as Solenoids, Motors, lights, etc

 Freewheeling diode to protect your triggering device

Module interface:

VCC: 24v connect power positive supply

GND: 0v connect power negative supply
IN1: relay module low-level trigger signal trigger end
IN2: relay module low-level trigger signal trigger end

Meaning of High level and Low-level:

High-level trigger refers to using the anode voltage at the VCC connection way of a trigger and triggers
the end when the trigger side has a positive voltage or to trigger voltage when the relay is off.

Low-level trigger refers to using the negative voltage at the GND connection way of a trigger and triggers
the end when the trigger side has 0 v low voltage or voltage to can trigger, the relay is off.

Testing Procedure:
1. Setup Preparation:
 Connect the 24V power source to the relay module.
 Ensure proper connections between the relay module and the load (lighting system).
 Verify the integrity of all wiring and connections.
2. Single Channel Testing:
 Apply a 24V control signal to the relay module's single channel.
 Measure the voltage across the 60 watts load before and after switching to ensure
proper operation.
 Repeat the on/off switching of the single channel 50 times.
3. Dual Channel Testing:
 Apply a 24V control signal to both channels simultaneously.
 Connect a load of 100 watts 230v to each channel.
 Verify the voltage across load before and after switching.
 Repeat the on/off switching of both channels 50 times with 100 watts
4. Data Collection:
 100 number of successful switches in total.
 no anomalies, no flickering or irregular behavior during switching.
 No overheating or unusual noises emitted during the testing process.
