INTRODUCTION

Ananda Food city (Pvt) ltd is a supermarket In

Sri Lanka which provides wide range of food and

household items for purchase, including fresh produce,

meat, dairy products, canned goods, snacks, beverages,

cleaning supplies, personal care products, and more.

They offer convenience and a one-stop shopping

experience for customers.

Information and Communication Technology


AIM
The aim of this project is to develop a system for the ANANDA SUPER
CENTER to maintain all the employee’s information, update and maintain.

Objectives
-To update the employee’s information

Modify the record

Delete the record

Well-designed database to store employee information. /A user friendly front-end for the user to interact with
the system
MOTIVATION

The goal of this project is to develop an effective and efficient employee/HR


management system that will address the multiple issues that Pantech companies
confront. It will provide a complete approach to personnel information
management. This will be accomplished by developing and implementing an HR
management system that will result in a significant change in the way employee
data is managed. Employee information, such as pay and leave sectors, will be
managed by the system. It's easy to learn and utilize, especially for those who
aren't familiar with basic employee systems. It is simple to use and only requires
the user to follow step -by-step instructions by providing simple alternatives. It is
quick and can handle a variety of tasks for a business. And also explore the
challenges being faced by the manual system. I’ll also be utilizing MySQL to
create a database for this
