    RESOLUTION NO. 14 S-2024


    A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CONGRESSMAN JOEY S. SALCEDA TO
    ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE CONCRETING OF RELOCATION ROAD AND
    SUA ROAD AT BARANGAY CABIT, MANITO, ALBAY
    WHEREAS, the residents of Cabit, Manito, Albay have been facing challenges due
    to the poor condition of the Relocation Road and Sua Road in the barangay;

    WHEREAS, the unpaved and poorly maintained state of these roads has caused
    inconvenience to residents and posed safety risks to motorists and pedestrians;

    WHEREAS, the improvement of infrastructure, particularly the concreting of


    Relocation Road and Sua Road, is crucial for enhancing accessibility and safety in the
    barangay;

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay


    Council of Cabit, Manito, Albay, in session assembled, that:

    1. The Barangay Council respectfully requests Congressman Joey S. Salceda to


    allocate funds for the concreting of Relocation Road and Sua Road in Cabit,
    Manito, Albay.
    2. The Barangay Captain is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this
    resolution to Congressman Joey S. Salceda for his consideration and appropriate
    action.
    3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned for
    their information and appropriate action.

    Approved this 10TH day of May 2024 at Barangay Cabit, Manito, Albay.
