1 Input SN

1 When you get the SN of Model, enter the SN in the model nameplate to query the model information accurately.

assigned.

2 Or enter the correct production code, other attributes

are automatically assigned.

The engineer needs to input the market positioning of

Information Type Description 02

Automatic creation; PDF service manual downloads are available for repair operations and
tenders. Compared with the online manual, the principle content that may involve secrets is
hidden.

Automatic creation; Displays the latest version of the FRU list. If you need to view the FRU list of
historical versions, locate them by SN or specific BOM version.

Other system integration & manual upload; All versions of the software are displayed under the
directory. Enter the directory by SN search and display all software compatible with this SN.

Manual uploading; It contains product instruction manuals, operation cards, recovery guides,
installation, maintenance, calibration reports and other report files, fault handling and other guide
files.

TN： Including digital TN, TN in this directory can be searched for content, and can also support
download and download TN collections.

Historical TN: Only the PDF version of the old TN is displayed, and it can only be viewed after
downloading .
