GUIDELINES FOR RECRUITMENT
1) Applications shall be invited by the respective District Selection Committees headed by
the Collector & District Magistrate, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on behalf of District
Health Society.
2) Age: As prescribed by government the minimum and maximum age is 18 years and 44
years respectively. The upper age limit prescribed above is however relaxed in the
following cases:

5) Applications unit of acceptance:
As per the Presidential Orders for each unit of appointment the reserved and
unreserved ratio as per G.O.Ms.No 124 GAD (SPF-MC) Dept., Dt 30.08.2018, for each category
will be applicable.

6) Time lines: the following timelines shall be adhered to:
1 Issue of Notification in newspaper 25.02.2024
2 Applications acceptance 26.02.2024 to 28.02.2024
(10:30 Am to 05:00PM)
7) Selection Procedure:
(i) Total Marks are 100 of which 90 marks will be allotted basing on the marks obtained in
qualifying examination and 10 marks will be awarded for the age Weight age. Age will
be reckoned from 18 years of age of the candidate 0.5 mark will be awarded for one
completed year of age with a maximum of 10 marks. Cut of date for age weightage is
(01.07.2024).
(ii) Rule of reservation shall be followed as per government orders from time to time.
(iii) Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above criteria and
displayed on website.
(iv) Selection list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly following the rule of
reservation and presidential order.
(v) After completion of selection process postings will be issued to the identified units as
per Merit cum options.
8)Application process:
1) Applications are accepted from Dt: 26.02.2024 to 28.02.2024 at O/o District Medical &
Health Officer, F1, first Floor, Integrated District Offices Complex, Nava Bharath, Paloncha
from 10.30 AM to 05:00 PM.
2) Application should be made in the prescribed format (available in the website
https://kothagudem.telangana.gov.in/).
3) All the enclosed photocopies of the educational certificates and relevant documents should
be attested by Gazetted Officer along with self attestation.
4) Pass port size photo should be affixed on the application form duly attested by Gazzeted
officer across it.
5) All the applications should be submitted in-person & applications made by other modes are
not accepted.
6) The District Medical & Health Officer, Bhadradri Kothagudem District has all rights to reject
application if any of the rules appended above are not complied.
List of photo copies of certificates should be enclosed along with the application form:
1) Study Certificates from 1st class to SSC.
2) SSC Memo.
3) Intermediate or 10+2 examination.
4) Qualifying Examination pass certificate.
5) Registration certificates of respective councils.
6) Latest Community certificates/EWS/Ex-Service/Physically challenged.
7) Relevant experience documents (if applicable).
8) Caste certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable).
