Job Knowledge Questions


1. What is Customer Service? Customer Service is assisting customer concerns and queries.
2. Good Customer Service? Satisfying the needs of the Customer.
3. Excellent Customer Service? Exceeding the expectations of the customer.
4. CSR? Agents who assist customer concerns and queries.
5. TSR? Agents who assist customer queries related to technical concerns and troubleshooting.
6. Sales Representative? Agents who assist customer to concerns related to selling the company’s
products
7. BPO? Stands for Business Process Outsourcing which involves contracting of the operations and
responsibilities of a company to a third party provider
8. Call Center? Is an office with computers, headsets, and agents that attends to large volume of calls.
9. Inbound? Accepting incoming calls
10. Outbound? Creating outgoing calls
Out of the box questions
1. How can you describe colors to a blind person? (Relate it to sense of feeling, smell or taste) Blue - Sad,
Red - Love, Pink - Sweet, Orange - Sour
2. How can you sell anything 2nd hand? (Tell them it was used by someone popular or iconic)
3. Selling any normal products/items? (Add something new, even it is somehow impossible) ex. Ballpen,
this ballpen never run outs of ink and it also has built in camera
4. If asked to recommend. (Used items you were able to use already and explain why)
5. If you lost 2 million in your employer, what will you do?
6. Superpower? Any. Just explain why
7. What is more important to you? The money or the work? Both are important because everybody
needs money to live but job satisfaction is also important
8. Is the customer always right? Or would you bend a rule of a customer? No. But will let them think and
feel that they are right by providing excellent customer service

1. If you’ll include your hobbies and interest in your tell me about yourself, make sure to have a ready
instruction for it.
2. Should always have a ready piece to instruct how to cook/play.
2. Answering an out the box questions is not that hard just make sure to THINK OUT OF THE BOX. Just
make sure to be creative and unique with your answers. Don’t make things complicated.
