PROSES KONSTRUKSI

1. Mempersiapkan mesin dan persediaan untuk pemeriksaan proses


memasukkan bahan waterproofing
Pengujian keamanan listrik manajemen konstruksi.

2. Pemeriksaan rencana konstruksi sebelum konstruksi waterproofing


Pengujian keamanan listrik manajemen konstruksi.
2.1.Periksa apakah tepi-tepinya berpotongan sudut (chamfer) atau tidak (1-2cm)

2.2. Periksa permukaan konstruksi: Tidak terdapat retak dan lubang kecil jika terdapat
retak ataupun lubang kecil, kami akan mengisinya dengan Sealant bahan Uretan.
2.3.Sebelum waterproofing, permukaan mortar harus sudah selesai minimal dalam 120
jam (5 hari)

3. Pelaksanaan pengerjaan Pemolesan permukaan

Menggunakan mesin pemoles sedang dan poles kecil /Gerinda Tangan untuk
menghilangkan lapisan laitance (lapisan lapuk pada permukaan luar konkrit baru)
4. Pencucian dan pembersihan permukaan
4.1.Menyiapkan mesin pencucian
Persiapan sumber air, selang air, dan mesin cuci bertekanan tinggi

4.2.Pelaksanaan pencucian
Menggunakan mesin cuci bertekanan tinggi, mencuci lantai dan dinding untuk
membersihkan permukaan

Pemeriksaan permukaan setelah
penyemprotan

• Periksa apakah terdapat lubang kecil atau cat


yang tidak kering pada permukaan
• Isi lubang kecil atau bagian retak tersebut dengan
resin
• Jika bahan Sp-1 tidak kering, kami akan
membersihkan bagian tersebut dan mengaplikasikan
SP-1 kembali.
Aplikasikan • Semprotkan TP-1 dengan roller: 0,3kg/m2
lapisan • pastikan jumlah bahan yang dipakai dengan
atas/mantel/T menghitung kaleng yang kosong
P-1 • pembatasan pada permukaan yang dicat setelah
pelapisan topcoating selama 4 jam.
• Jika diprediksi hujan, pekerjaan harus selesai
sebelum 1 jam.
• Periksa apakah terdapat lubang kecil atau cat
yang belum kering atau tidak pada permukaan
Pastikan konstrusi permukaan

• Semprotkan lapisan mantel kembali pada bagian


yang kabur
• Jika bahan TP-1 tidak kering, kami akan
membersihkan bagian tersebut dan mengaplikasikan
TP-1 kembali.
