KONTEN KONSTRUKSI
1. Deskripsi Spesifikasi
2. Area Konstruksi
2.2. Periksa permukaan konstruksi: Tidak terdapat retak dan lubang kecil jika terdapat
retak ataupun lubang kecil, kami akan mengisinya dengan Sealant bahan Uretan.
2.3.Sebelum waterproofing, permukaan mortar harus sudah selesai minimal dalam 120
jam (5 hari)
Menggunakan mesin pemoles sedang dan poles kecil /Gerinda Tangan untuk
menghilangkan lapisan laitance (lapisan lapuk pada permukaan luar konkrit baru)
4. Pencucian dan pembersihan permukaan
4.1.Menyiapkan mesin pencucian
Persiapan sumber air, selang air, dan mesin cuci bertekanan tinggi
4.2.Pelaksanaan pencucian
Menggunakan mesin cuci bertekanan tinggi, mencuci lantai dan dinding untuk
membersihkan permukaan
• Pencucian dengan air ber tekanan tinggi/ water jet (Pembersihan permukaan Rooftop)
5.3.Persiapan Bahan
Mempersiapkan peralatan: Spreader roller, alat penyapu/pembersih air, timbangan,
dan pengaduk.
5.4.Pemeriksaan bahan
Jumlah bahan yang digunakan: 0.16kg/m2 dan 0.64kg/m² (0.8kg/㎡)
Rasio campuran bahan AX-2 dengan skala berat = A1:B4
Pengaduk digunakan (1300 putaran per menit) selama 3 hingga 5 menit
Memastikan jumlah bahan yang digunakan dengan menghitung kaleng kosong
5.5.Pengaplikasian Lapisan AX-2
Setiap lantai dicat menggunakan alat penyapu air dan bagian vertikal menggunakan rol
Setelah pengaplikasian selesai, keringkan selama 6 hingga 8 jam
