An Example for determining Estimated Construction Rate for Karmakar fee calculation is shown for a
case in Bhopal District.
In this example, respective building is intended to be used for Residential Purpose & Type of Building is
RCC Residential Type.

If the total slab area = 150 Sq.m


(Estimated Cost as per the above example Rs 9,500 per Sq.m)
Then the total Estimated Construction Cost = 150 x 9,500
=Rs. 14,25,000
Karmakar kalyan Fee = 1% of total Estimated Construction Cost
= 14,25,000*1%
= 14,250/-
This amount of 14,250 will be auto-generated by the system in demand note, if the Estimated
construction cost entered by applicant is less than 14,25,000
