Subject: Request for Removal of Late Fine on Fee Payment

Respected Sir,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter regarding the late fee imposed on my fee
payment for the current semester and last semester.

I want to state that I am a recipient of a scholarship (MCM), and in accordance with university
policies, I have submitted a declaration indicating that I will settle my fees once the scholarship
funds are disbursed. The scholarship amount for the tuition fees is directly paid to the institute
and a fine is imposed on the other small fees like registration fees, examination fees, etc. I didn’t
notice that the scholarship amount is directly paid to the institute and a fine is imposed on the
other small fees.

I understand the importance of adhering to deadlines, and I sincerely apologize for any
inconvenience caused. I would like to request your kind consideration in forwarding this matter
to the Dean of Academic Programs (AP), seeking their approval for the removal of the late fee
associated with my fee payment.

I will promptly settle the outstanding amount without any inconvenience of a late fine. Your
understanding and support in this matter are highly appreciated, and I am grateful for your
assistance in facilitating a resolution.
