Notes for Applicants:


1. Application can be made by post or in person to the Registry together with payment of the required fee.
2. Please allow at least 7 working days to process the application.
3. Cheque should be made payable to “HANG SENG MANAGEMENT COLLEGE”. Fees paid are not refundable and overseas
personal cheques are not acceptable.
4. Fees per single copy of the transcript are listed in Part 3(i) below.
5. If you authorize another person to collect the transcript on your behalf, authorization letter is needed. Collection of transcripts by a
third party will require a duly signed authorization letter from the applicant, together with the copy of the HKID cards of the
applicant and the authorized person.
6. The College reserves the right to withhold the issuance of transcript to a student who has not settled any outstanding payments, or
who has failed to discharge all obligations towards the College.
7. For urgent cases, please indicate the reason and the date that the transcripts are required. Documentary evidence must be attached.
The College will try its best to handle urgent cases but cannot guarantee on-time issuance of the transcript.
8. The accuracy of the data provided may affect the process of your application. Insufficient information may delay the processing.
