Directly dealing with the difficult clients having pricing issues or any prior complaint about the
product/service.
Revival of the former potential clients who have stopped dealing with the company products.
Attending clients’ conferences/meets with regional heads to understand their requirements better.
Generate operational reports whenever needed and act as an advisory to the management to boost business.
Oversee media distribution, guide marketing team for the on-going ads on various social media platforms and
supervise the online & offline market campaign.
Assign brand promotional activities to the Regional Sales Managers at PAN India
Supervise events like Dealer meets, Plumber meets & branding in prime areas to maximize audience reach.
Training Activities:
Conduct trainings and developmental programs as per company needs and objectives.
Collaborate with regional heads to identify training needs and prepare development plans.
One-to-one interaction with the employee to analyze current skills and competencies.
Implement training programs with practical demonstrations to overcome skill gaps
Strong follow-up of all completed trainings with concerned team heads to evaluate and measure results.
Update the management of post-training outcomes and discuss the further line of action.
