INGREDIENTS:
Rice (pulao) 1/4 cup
Soak for 15 mins
Wash it well
Grind for few seconds
Half broken rice
Butter 1 tbsp
Cashew nut & almond 2 tbsp
Raisins 1 tbsp
Saute for 2 mins
Keep aside
Sugar 1/2 cup
Caramelised the sugar
Hot water 1/2 cup
Combine well
Keep aside & let it cool down
Milk 1 litre
Stir occasionally
Bring it to a boil
Soaked & half broken rice
Stir occasionally
Cook until reduce into half
Rice is completely cooked
Fried cashew & almond
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Cook for 5-7 mins

1. firstly, in a thick bottomed pan, take coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
2. dry roast on low to medium flame till they turn aromatic. keep aside.
3. now dry roast bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, pepper and
saunf.
4. dry roast on low to medium flame till they turn aromatic. keep aside.
5. also dry roast dried kashmiri red chili till they puff up.
6. transfer to the small blender and allow to cool completely.
7. furthermore, add turmeric powder and dry mango powder.
8. blend to fine powder without adding any water.
9. finally, pav bhaji masala is ready to prepare mumbai style pav
bhaji, pav bhaji in cookeror masala pav.

RECIPE:
For Maggi Masala-E-Magic,take a pan, put some Spices like Coriander Seeds,Cumin
Seeds,Fennel Seeds,Dry Whole Red Chili,Cinnamon,Fenugreek Seeds,Nutmeg,Green
Cardamom & Black Pepper in it & roast them lightly.Then keep the Spices for cooling
down & them in mixer jar,put Turmeric Powder,Sugar,Clove Powder,Mango
Powder,Kashmiri Red Chili Powder,Salt,Corn Flour,Garlic Powder,Ginger
Powder,Onion Powder & grind them all.Maggi Masala will get ready.Keep it in air
tight jar for long time use.
For Ladies' Finger,take some Spices like Salt,Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder,Red
Chili Powder & mix them.Fill this Masala in Lady Finger.Keep a pan on the flame,put
Oil,Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida,Turmeric Powder & Ladies' Finger & roast them on low
to medium flame by covering them.Then put Maggi Masala.
For Cauliflower & Potato,take a pan,put Oil,Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida,Turmeric
Powder,chopped Cauliflower & Potato & some Salt.Cook them on slow flame by
covering them.Then put Red Chili Powder,Coriander Powder & some Maggi
Masala.In this way,you can put Magic Masala in any recipe.

* Tomatoes (टमाटर)
* Onion (प्याज)
* Lemon (नींबू)

RECIPE:
For Tomato Powder, wash some Tomatoes, wipe them with a cloth, and cut its upper
part. Chop the Tomatoes in pieces and keep them for drying in the sunlight. If there
is no sunlight then you can take out the seeds from the Tomatoes and keep them for
drying. In 4-5 days, Tomatoes will get dry then grind them in powder form and sieve
it.
For Onion Powder, chop the Onions and take a plate, place polythene on the plate
and put the chopped Onions on it, and keep it for drying in the sunlight. When
Onions get dry completely then grind them in powder form.
For Lemon Powder, peel the lemons and cut them in slices. Then take out the seeds
and keep them for drying on a plate in the sunlight. Then grind them and in this way,
Lemon Powder will get ready easily at home.
For Ginger Powder, wash the Ginger properly and grate them. Keep the grated
Ginger on a paper and dry them under the fan or in sunlight. Grind it and the Ginger
Powder will get ready in this way.
For Garlic Powder, peel the cloves of Garlic and chop them and keep the chopped
Garlic in the sunlight for drying and then grind it. Homemade Garlic Powder will get
ready so easily.
For Beetroot Powder,
Grate the Beetroot and keep it for drying on a paper under the fan. Don't keep it in
sunlight, dry it in shade. When it gets dry then grind it and the Beetroot Powder will
get ready.
In this way, Tomato Powder, Onion Powder, Lemon Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic
Powder, and Beetroot Powder will get ready easily at home.

ತರಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬೇಳೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿ ಉಪ್ಪು ,ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಮಸಾಲೆಪುಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹುಣಸೇರಸ ಸೇರಿಸಿ
ಕುದಿಯಲು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು. ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನೀರನ್ನೂ ಸೇರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈಗ ತೊಳೆದಿಟ್ಟು ಕೊಂಡಂತಹ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಯನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ
ಕುದಿಯಲು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು. ಎಂಟು ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಮಸಾಲೆ ಭರಿತವಾದ ಬಿಸಿಬೇಳೆ ಭಾತ್ ಸೇವಿಸಲು
ತಯಾರು.
