Interviewer: Well, hello! Thank you for coming today.

Could you start by telling me why you're


interested in this position as a human resources assistant?

Applicant: Hi! Yes, of course. I have to say, I'm interested in this position because I love
working with people and helping them reach their full potential. Also, I have to mention that I'm
comfortable working in dynamic and collaborative environments, which I think would be perfect
for the role of a human resources assistant.

Interviewer: Excellent. What do you think are the most important skills to succeed in this job?

Applicant: I have to say that being a good communicator is crucial. It's also important to be
empathetic and have the ability to solve problems efficiently. Additionally, I have to stress that
the ability to work under pressure and remain calm in difficult situations is crucial.

Interviewer: Very well. What is your previous experience in similar roles?


Applicant: Previously, I have to mention that I worked as an intern in the human resources
department of a technology company. There, I was able to learn a lot about employee
management, organizing internal events, and conflict resolution. I also have to mention that I
completed additional courses in human resources management to improve my skills.

Interviewer: Interesting. Can you work in a team and lead projects?

Applicant: Yes, definitely. I have to say that I have experience working in multidisciplinary
teams and leading projects from conception to completion. I think my ability to collaborate
effectively with colleagues and motivate others would be a valuable asset to this team.

Interviewer: Very well, thank you for sharing that. Do you have any questions for us?

Applicant: Yes, I have to ask about the training and professional development process you offer
here. Are there opportunities to grow within the company?

Interviewer: Absolutely, we have a comprehensive training program and professional


development opportunities for all employees. We have to emphasize that we value the personal

path.
