    i. This form is intended for applicants wishing to pursue National Diploma under the TVET system at
    National Instructors’ College Abilonino on private sponsorship.
    ii. A non-refundable application fee of Ugx. 53,000 /= (bank charges inclusive) must be paid to
    the College Bank Account Number. 9030006340309 in the Names of National Instructors’
    College Abilonino, Stanbic Bank Apac Branch. Payment can be made from any Stanbic
    bank branch country wide. Attach a copy of the payment slip to this application form.
    iii. You must also attach:
    - Photo copies of certificates/result slips/transcripts,
    - A copy of National Identity Card (for 18 years and above) or an Identification from the previous
    institutions (for below 18 years)
    - A Copy(ies) of appointment/ contract/recommendation of relevant work experience (if any) and
    - A Copy of Birth Certificate
