Competency: Tell the benefits of separating mixtures from products in community
Key Concepts/ Separating mixtures might be complicated to some people but we don’t even know that these
Understandings to be practices are commonly used in our homes even in our community without knowing it. Examples
developed are extracting a coconut oil using filter, picking of objects that are mixed to other objects and etc.
There are lots of benefits we can have that can be applied in our real-life situation one of these is
when you accidentally drop metallic objects on the ground in order to find its best to use magnet
in such way, we already used the magnetization method of separating mixtures in which metal
will be separated through magnet.
1. Objectives:
