Browser Support
Personalization browser support generally aligns with Marketing Cloud browser
support. Exceptions are:
• Visual Editor - Personalization tests the Visual Editor with Google Chrome.
If you use the Visual Editor in other browsers, full functionality cannot be
guaranteed.
• Web SDK - The Personalization Web SDK requires native Promise support
in the browser for proper web tracking. This functionality is supported by
most browsers. However, Internet Explorer is not supported.
Drive impact on websites with personalization use cases that other customers
have used in web campaigns for financial services.
Personalize the website to increase the conversion rate at each step along the
path, consider the customer lifecycle with its six key stages.
Determine the qualification criteria for each stage of the funnel, and what you
want prospects or customers to do to advance to the next stage. Then, layer in
real-time personalization that makes it easier for website visitors to continue
the journey.
