As you stand on the cusp of this momentous occasion, I extend my warmest
congratulations to each and everyone of you. Today marks the culmination of years of
hard work, dedication and perseverance, and ir is with great pride that I address you on
this joyous occasion.
Your journey to this point has been filled with challenges, triumphs, and
unforgettable memories. From the late-night study sessions to the friendships forged in
the classroom, each experience has shaped you into the remarkable individuals you are
today. As you prepare to embark on the next chapter of your lives, I encourage you to
reflect on the lessons learned and the values instilled during your time in academia.
The world that awaits you is one of boundless opportunity and endless
possibility. It is a world that is constantly evolving, presenting new challenges and
opportunities for growth. Embrace these challenges with courage and conviction,
knowing that you possess the knowledge, skills and determination to overcome any
obstacle that may come to your way.
As you embark on this new journey, remember the importance of kindness,
compassion, and empathy. In a world that can often seem divided, it is these qualities

I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to acknowledge the unwavering

your success, and for that, you owe them a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid.
As you leave behind the familiar comforts of academia and venture out into the

with purpose and determination, and to leave a lasting legacy that will inspire future
generations.
In closing, I leave you with the words of Eleanor Roosebelt: “the future

this momentous occasion and reflect on the theme, “Pilipino Para sa Matatag na
Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas.”

Today, you stand at the threshold of a new era, filled with both challenges and
Opportunity. As graduates, you carry the responsibility of shaping the destiny of our nation
as you contribute your skills, knowledge, and passion towards building a better Philippines,
one grounded in resilience, integrity, and progress.

As you embark on your individual journeys, do not forget the values that define us
as Filipinos. Our rich cultural heritage unwavering future. Strive to be agents of positive
change, advocating for exclusivity, justice, fairness, and sustainability in all that you do. By
embracing our unique Filipino identity and working together with your parents, teachers and
classmates, mentors and the rest of the community, you can overcome any obstacle and

Today, as we gather to celebrate your extraordinary achievement, I am filled with immense

pride and joy. Your journey to this moment has been marked by exceptional resilience, as you’ve
faced and conquered numerous challenges including the conditions of nature itself. From the
pandemic, the heavy rains flooding the streets and rivers to El Niño, you’ve endured disasters that
disrupted normalcy. Despite these adversities, you’ve remained persistent in your pursuit of
knowledge, proving that nothing can destroy your determination to succeed.

Your ability to adopt and persevere in the face of adversity is a testament to your strength.
When faced with school suspension due to extreme whether conditions, you didn't allow hindrances
to disrupt your education. Instead, you engaged in innovative ways to continue learning, whether it
was through online classes, self-study, or other initiatives. You’ve shown that even in the darkest of
times, there is light to be found in the unwavering spirit of humanity. Your ability to rise above
challenges with grace and determination serves as an inspiration to us all.

Today marks both an end and a new beginning for our Graduates. A sweet leap of
success to all completers. And a bracing transition to formal education for Kindergarten.

This is the time for parents to both honor their child’s accomplishments and a
time to celebrate their love and support for their children as they embark on their next
journey. A moment of rejoice to all teachers of their remarkable teachings that has been
every child’s Armour for the unseen endeavors. Your planning, teaching, and
encouraging have come to fruition. How proud you must be today to see your learners
with bags full of good character, lifelong learning skills and integrity. Your support and
