List 5 problems that this virtual team has in this meeting.
1. The team lacked trust as there was no cohesion and collaboration within this team.
2. The team is not focused and attentive as some were distracted during the meeting.
- the Lady was playing a card game while the facilitator tried sharing information.
3. There was so much background noise.
- Paul’s Dog was Barking and making noise.

4. They did not follow the rules and protocols of meetings.


- team members came late for meetings, hence the facilitator had to repeat himself
repeatedly.

5. The team lacks good communication and listening skills as members do not wait for one
another to reply to a conversation before interjecting.
Outline 5 recommendations to improve the performance of this virtual team.
1. The team needs knowledge of the Technology being used for joining meetings.
2. The team should always avoid distractions and background noise and be focused during
meeting hours.

3. The team manager should Establish meeting ethics and protocols for the team.

4. Team bonding and development are needed for this team to help build the team’s cohesion,
collaboration, and trust.

5. The team should imbibe the culture of raising hands and waiting for their turn before speaking.
