the Bangalore City Corporation Engineer vide the L.P,No .


3031/73-74 dated l-3-1973 and renewed the same on-l-3-1974.
The Khatha of the said property was in the name of Smt.
Late Subba Lakshamma, under the endorsement dated 12-5-1972
bearing No.B. 32 KTR 62/72-73..

WHERSAS the said Smt. Subba Lakshamma, expired on


22-5-1976 leaving behind the Vendors, as her legal repre
sentatives of her estate.

After demise of late subba Lakshanna, the Khatha o£ the


said Property was transferred in the name of Snt, L, Raja
lakshmi, vide Endor sement dated 30-6-1979, bearing- No. B,32,
KTR 69/79-80 as Site No. 34, House No. 34/68, East End c!
Main Road, 9th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore, Division No35
of Corporation of City of Bangalore.

WHEREAS the Vendors need fund s for discharging the loan,


they desire to sell away the schedule property for a sum of
Rs. 35,00/- (Rupees Thirty five thou sand only);
ViHEREAS the Purcha ser has agreed to purcha se the Schedule
Property for a sum of Rs,35,000/- (Rupees Thirty five thou sand)

NOW THIS INDENTURE OF ABSOLUTE SALE WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

That in pursuance of the said agreement and in Consi


deration of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thou sand) only paid by
the Purchaser to the Vendors as an Advance and balance of
Rs.32,000/- (Rupees Thirty two thousand) only paid by the
Purchaser to the Vendors before the Sub-Registrar, at the
tine of registration. Thus the Vendors hereby acknowle dge
for having received the full consideration of Rs.35,000/
(Rupee s Thirty Five thou sand) only.

The Vendors have this day registered the document and


put the Purchaser in actual possession of the property.

The Vendors have this day transferred all the titie


interest whatsoever in respect of the Schedule Property to
the Purcha ser and the Purchaser is at liberty to enjoy th¹
sche dule property with-all the rights, claims, title intere st
over the Schedule Property to have and hold as absolute owner
thereof and put the Purchaser in actual possession of the
Property.

The Vendors by way of this sale as sure the Purcha ser


that the Schedule property is free from all or any kind of
encunbrances and the Vendors have got right to deal with the
Schedule Property in the manner they like.

Rurther Vendors assure the Purcha ser that the Sdhedule


Property is not subject to any charge, attachment, lien,
securityship claims from minors, claims for maintenance or
any other claims or charges what soever in respect of the
Schedule Property that the Purchaser by way of this Sale
obtained valid and sound title and possession of the property
thereof .

The Vend ors have assured the Purchaser that in case any
disputes arise conc erning the title of the Vendors and con
cerning the Property, the Vendors themselves have to remove
the same at their cost and in case the Purchaser is put to
any loss on account thereof the Vendors shall compensate the
Purchaser in that behalf. Rurther the Ven dors assure and
undertake that they will at all times do and execute and
cause to be done all such acts, deeds and things that may be
found necessary in order that the Purchaser shall own, posse ss
and enjoy the Schedule Property of her own.
