1. General Information
Web-Sign Client is a desktop application installed once on the user machine, which is responsible
for the signing operation through portal using smart token.

1.1. Requirements
 Requires a smart token.
 Supported Operating System: Windows 8 & 10
 Requires Internet Connection

2. Web-Sign Client Installation

1. Run the installer ItidaWebSign.exe then click on “Next” button

2. Click on “Install” button and please wait until installation finish.

3. Click on “Finish” button

3 Digital Signing from a web application

3.1 Insert Smart Token
Please insert the Smart Token into your machine.

3.2 Start Web-Sign Client

3.2.1 After clicking the signing button, some browsers will prompt the user to open
Web-Sign Client. Click on “Open signsrv” to run the application.

N.B: If the application not installed on the machine, the below message will appear.

3.3 Review Data

3.3.1 After clicking sign button, please review all data before you digitally sign
them by clicking on “>>“ and ”<<”.

3.3.2 Choose the certificate you want to sign the data with.

3.4 Signing Data

3.4.1 Click on “‫ ”التوقيع‬button to sign the data and then enter PIN code of Smart Token.

You can check version number of signing plugin as shown below
