1. Revise the chapters I taught.
2. What is matter? Name the different states of matter. Compare the properties of solids,
liquid and gases.

3. A , B and C are the three components of our food. A and B both provide us energy but
A provides twice as much energy as that provided by an equal amount of B . The
component C has no food value but it prevents constipation and helps in the normal
functioning of the digestive system.
i) What do you think is component A?
ii) Name the component B.
iii) What could components C be?
iv) Name one food which could provide us A.
v) Name one food which could give us B.

(ii) Draw a hierarchical chart for the Classification of Software.

1. Keep revising the chapters that have been taught again and again.

2. Read daily English at least 2 pages with full attention loudly. If you do not know the
meaning of any words, write them down in your copy, then Google their meaning and
memorize it.Then read that chapter again. Now you will understand it better than before.

3. Write 1 page English daily date wise in cursive writing in separate copy of summer
vacation.
Your writing copy will be checked after the holidays, so keep practicing daily.

4 Memorize the entire poem ( ch- 3) and after memorizing it, write it down and check if
English /
any mistakes are being made. Keep memorizing and writing it again and again until

5. Memorize all question answers, objectives and vocabulary till ch- 3. You will have
exams just after school reopens. So prepare well during this vacation.

6. Grammar portion: Clear all the concepts from Ch-1 to Ch-4 in Grammar and note
down all the doubts that remain and then you can discuss them with me.
