SLS - JSG Daily Pre-Task Planning eForm

(UPDATED eForm since 09Feb24)

This eForm shall be completed by Schindler Frontline Manager / Supervisor (or) the appointed "Site Safety
Responsible (SSR)" before the start of every work shift daily, along with the completion of the physical Pre-task
Planning and Briefing form and other applicable form such as Lifting Plan etc.

Each form can be used for up to 3 different tasks in the same work shift. For more than 3 tasks, a new form
has to be submitted.
When there is a change of original work plan or the task nature after this meeting during the shift, a new
form must be submitted.
When additional worker(s) arrive to jobsite after this meeting during the shift, a new form must be
submitted.
